高宮 行男（たかみや ゆきお、１９１７年１月２６日 – ２００９年６月３０日）は北海道出身の実業家で予備校経営者。学校法人高宮学園代々木ゼミナール理事長を務めた。
高宮の言う５者とは、学問を教える立場の「学者」。鬱屈した浪人生の心を支え、癒す「医者」。教室を舞台に見立て、教師役を演じる「役者」。艶やかな衣装や芸で魅せ、生徒の羨望の的となる「芸者」。そして志望校に導くアドバイスや“読み“ができる「易者」である。教育者に求められる理想の資質を見事に言い当てている。
