アルビン・トフラー（Alvin Toffler、１９２８年１０月４日 – ２０１６年６月２７日）は、アメリカの評論家、作家、未来学者。
さて、トフラーは「学び、学んだことを捨て、学び直す」人でなければ、新しい時代を生きぬくことはできないという。情報産業の時代には、生命科学を含めてあらゆる分野の知識がものすごい速度で変化し、視界が大きく変わっていく。昨日学んだことを、今日は捨て去る。そして明日は新しい知識を学び直す。こういうサイクルに参加する気概がなければ、企業も個人も時代に置いていかれる。私たちは、自己革新の連続で生きていかなければならない。
