村木 良彦（むらき よしひこ、１９３５年１１月１５日 – ２００８年１月２１日）は、日本のメディアプロデューサー。
村木良彦のインタビューで強く印象に残ったのは「ジョブデザイン」という言葉だった。ジョブデザインを自分でやれるか、仕事の面白さはジョブデザインにある、そしてＴＢＳから独立して以降は、自分でジョブデザインをやれるから精神的に違うと語っていた。自分でデザインの権利を獲得していく。自分の仕事のデザイナーになる、そして自分の人生のデザイナーになる、私がそれを強く意識したのはその頃からだった。
