塚本 邦雄（つかもと くにお、１９２０年８月７日 – ２００５年６月９日）は、日本の歌人、詩人、評論家、小説家。
塚本邦雄の名前と業績については、恥ずかしながら全く知らなかった。今回作品に接してみて、跳躍する驚くべき発想、絢爛たる豊かな語彙、冷え冷えとした眼差しなどに深く感銘を受けた。「人間の愚かさ。『人間の』は、よけいだ。愚かなのは、人間以外にない」と塚本邦雄は言う、冒頭の歌「突風に生卵割れ、かつてかく擊ちぬかれたる兵士の眼 」は、戦争の悲惨さと人間の愚かさをわずか３１文字であますところなく伝える衝撃の作品だ。
