青木 定雄（あおき さだお(通名)、１９２８年６月２３日 – ２０１７年６月８日）は、日本の実業家。在日韓国人１世。ＭＫタクシー創業者。
消費者からみて当たり前の常識を、自らの企業で徹底して工夫を重ね、実現していったという印象が深い。それが社内の意識を改革し、さらに業界と地域を越えて波及していき、世直しが実現しているという思いが青木定雄にはあった。経営手法や評価には、嫉妬も含めて賛否両論、そして毀誉褒貶があるのは当然だが、「経営は一つの総合芸術である」と考えた交通の革命児、風雲児であったことは間違いない。
