村松 増美（むらまつ ますみ、１９３０年７月３１日 – ２０１３年３月３日）は、同時通訳の草分け。
著書『私も英語が話せなかった』はベストセラーとなった。国際化時代の人間国宝・村松増美も、英語がだめだったという逸話が満載の本である。珍訳、迷訳、失敗談のユーモアあふれる筆致が楽しめる。後に国際ユーモア学会の理事をつとめた著者のユーモア感覚で書かれたこの本は、英語を学ぼうとした人からよく読まれた。英語の達人が私はこうやって英語を克服したというタイトルではなく、「私も英語を話せなかった」という真逆のメッセージは当時の日本人を大いに励ました。
