越後 正一（えちご まさかず、１９０１年（明治３４年）４月２６日 – １９９１年（平成３年）４月２日）は滋賀県出身の実業家。伊藤忠商事社長・会長。
越後以後の歴代社長の語録を並べてみる。戸崎誠喜「不撓不屈」。米倉功「現状維持は、すなわち、これ脱落である」。室伏稔「Nothing is impossible」。丹羽宇一郎「清く、正しく、美しく」。小林栄「Challenje,Create,Commit」。
以下、岡藤正広、鈴木善久と続くのだが、２０１６年３月決算では、伊藤忠は財閥系の三菱商事、三井物産を抜いてトップに立った。２０１７年３月には純利益３５２２億円の最高益をたたき出した。越後正一の「失敗は得意満面の間に宿る」という戒めに改めて心すべき時代になったということだろう。
