住井 すゑ（すみい すえ、１９０２年１月７日 – １９９７年６月１６日）は、奈良県出身の小説家。享年９５。
５６歳からライフワークに本格的に取り組んだ住井すゑは、書くのが面白くて朝は寝ていられずに書きまくった。その時間が青春のときであった。長い準備期期間を過ごした後に、創造の喜びを手にし、古事記にかわる歴史を完成させたのだ。その勇気と気概に敬服する。
