山内 一弘（やまうち かずひろ、１９３２年５月１日 – ２００９年２月２日）は、愛知県一宮市出身のプロ野球選手（外野手、右投右打）・コーチ・監督、野球解説者・評論家。
冒頭に掲げた「ボールには５ヶ所打つところがある」は、広島の高橋慶彦にコーチした時の言葉である。高橋はこんなことは初めて聞いたと驚いている。研究心が垣間見えるエピソードだ。一筋に取り組む職人的姿勢は山内自身をつくったのにとどまらず、同僚、後輩に多くの影響を与えた。それがプロ野球の交流に貢献を果たすことになった。どのような分野でも、こういう人は貴重である。
