難波 康子（なんば やすこ、１９４９年２月７日 – １９９６年５月１０日）は日本の登山家。
難波は国際宅配のフェデラル・エクスプレスの人事部に所属するOLだったから苦労も多かった。遺品となったノートに女性がヒマラヤに挑戦する困難さを以下のように記している。働いていなければ資金が難しい。働いているとバケーションの問題。周りの理解。男性隊にまじった場合には登らせてやるという感じ。結婚・出産・子供の問題。、、。冒頭の言葉のように難題をクリアーした女性登山家を尊敬したのだ。女性登山家の抱える難題の山はエベレストよりも高かったかもしれないことを想像させる。
