村田邦彦（１９４１年７月１０日−２０１５年４月９日）は、福岡県福岡市中央区天神に本社を置く日本の食品メーカーならびにファミリーレストラン株式会社ピエトロの創業者。
創業から３６年、いつ沈むかという不安の中を全力で疾走した村田邦彦は、泥で何とかつくった船をややしっかりした木の船に仕立て、その木の船を頑丈な鉄の船に仕上げていったのである。この感覚は創業者の実感だろうが、私が経験した沈滞した組織の改革に挑む時も、衰退した組織の再建に挑戦する場合も、泥、木、鉄というように精魂込めて船をつくるような同じ感覚があった。
