和田 勉（わだ べん、１９３０年（昭和５年）６月３日 – ２０１１年（平成２３年）１月１４日）は、日本の演出家・映画監督。
ドラマのキャスティングでは一緒に仕事をするのは一回のみというルールを自分に課していた。そのため夏目雅子から抗議を受けている。思うに、狎れることを恐れたのではないか。一作一作、新鮮な気持ちで作品を創っていく真摯な態度がＮＨＫだけでなく、テレビを代表する名演出家を形づくったのだろう。
