佐伯 旭（さえき あきら、１９１７年（大正６年）３月８日 – ２０１０年（平成２２年）２月１日）は実業家。シャープ二代目社長。中興の祖。
佐伯社長時代のシャープはイノベーションの連続だった。その秘密は日々の地味な技術開発の努力にあった。一日一日を尺取り虫のように、１ミリずつ進んでいったのだ。リーダーの持つ平凡な真理を信奉する姿勢が一介のアッセンブリー(組み立て)工場を世界的メーカーに押し上げたのである。シャープはその後、曖昧なトップ人事に端を発する内紛に伴う経営戦略の失敗によって破綻し、台湾の鴻海（ホンハイ）傘下に入り、現在経営再建中である。企業を永続的にさせることは実に難しい。
