別所 毅彦（べっしょ たけひこ、１９２２年１０月１日 – １９９９年６月２４日）は、兵庫県淡路市出身のプロ野球選手（投手）・コーチ・監督、解説者・評論家。
別所毅彦は「やろう、やれる、やるぞ」の単純な反復で、目標を一つ一つ乗り越えてきた。管理者の立場では、部下を伸ばすために「壁」を設定してやることが仕事だと知る。目標という大きな壁を設定し、苦労で自信をつけさせ、その自負で高い目標に挑戦させるのである。野球の世界で得た哲学は、経済、経営、そして職業、人生でも同じである。一芸を極めるとはこういうことだろう。
