胡桃沢 耕史（くるみざわ こうし、１９２５年４月２６日 – １９９４年３月２２日）は日本の作家。
１９５５年のデビュー作『壮士再び帰らず』で第７回オール讀物新人賞受章から、１９８３年の『黒パン俘虜記』での直木賞。
『〆切本』という興味深い本がある。明治以降の数多くの原稿締め切りを守れない作家たちの〆切を巡るエピソードが満載の本だ。この中に胡桃沢耕史が載っている。ある記者の「作家名刺ホルダー」には取材した多くの作家の名刺を収められており、胡桃沢耕史の名刺の右肩には「稿料格安 締切厳守」というメモが書かれていたという。源氏鶏太の『精力絶倫物語』は胡桃沢がモデルというから魅力のある快男児だったのだろう。自由奔放な行動派作家というイメージだが、意外にも締め切りを守ることを信条としていたのである。
