粕谷 一希（かすや かずき、１９３０年２月４日 – ２０１４年５月３０日）は東京府出身の日本の評論家、編集者、出版事業家。
「頭は使えば使うほど良くなる」は夫人が観察した粕谷の口癖である。「日本が知的になるには、本を大事にするということから始めなければならない」、そのことが日本人を知的にすると信じていた。粕谷一希は、編集という天職を全うする中で、優れた人物との交流を続けながら、自らの生きた「時代」と格闘したのである。
