高橋 圭三（たかはし けいぞう、１９１８年９月９日 – ２００２年４月１１日）は、日本のアナウンサー、参議院議員。
１９６２年の NHKとの契約解除後、民放に転じたNHKアナウンサーがフリーになった第１号となった。冒頭の「職人アナ」はその時に語った言葉である。日本では司会は場つなぎの仕事であるが、アメリカでは大切な職業として認知されており、日本における司会業の確立が高橋の夢であった。強い矜持を持っていた高橋圭三アナウンサーは職人アナウンサーのパイオニアとして、後輩たちの優れたモデルになった。
