藤山 寛美（ふじやま かんび、本名：稲垣 完治（いながき かんじ）、１９２９年６月１５日 – １９９０年５月２１日）は、日本の喜劇役者。
１９５１年の「桂春団治」では、寛美に与えられたのは主役の渋谷天外に「ツケを払うとくなはれ！」というセリフだけだったのだが、アドリブで延々とアホ役を続け、人気が沸騰した。やはり、寛美はただ順番を待つ人ではなかった。与えれたチャンスで出番をもぎ取る。その姿勢を生涯貫き、ついに喜劇王となったのだ。順番を待つだけの人には永久に順番は来ない。至言である。
