片倉 もとこ（かたくら もとこ＝素子＝・旧姓新谷、１９３７年１０月１７日 – ２０１３年２月２３日）は、日本の民族学者・文化人類学者。
片倉もと子は砂漠の魅力に取り憑かれた一生を送り、日本沙漠学会副会長もつとめた。砂漠文化の伝承のために遺産を寄付し、それが財団となって「志」が継続していく。
