小林 繁（こばやし しげる、１９５２年１１月１４日 – ２０１０年１月１７日）は、プロ野球選手（投手）、プロ野球コーチ。ノンプロを経て、１９７２年に巨人に入団。１９７６年、１９７７年に連続１８勝をあげ最優秀投手となり長島巨人の優勝に貢献。
長い人生では勝負する時が何度かある。それはチャンスと危機が同時にみえる時だ。恐怖に負けて見送るか、乾坤一擲の勇気を出して飛び出すか。天に向かうか、谷底に落ちるかは分からない。それが運命の分かれ目になる。
