吉永 祐介（よしなが ゆうすけ、１９３２年（昭和７年）２月１４日 – ２０１３年（平成２５年）６月２３日）は、岡山市生まれの検察官（第１８代検事総長）。
吉永祐介は特捜部の絶頂期を形づくり、「巨悪は眠らせない」という名言を吐くなど大事件を手がけた「ミスター検察」と呼ばれた仕事師だった。 「われわれは汚れたところをきれいにするどぶさらい」だと言い、同じく池波正太郎『鬼平犯科帳』の主役である長谷川平蔵を好んだという。検事も裁判官も、その理想は「長谷川平蔵」だったのだ。現代の司法はその伝統を継いでいるだろうか？
