増田 通二（ますだ つうじ、１９２６年４月２７日 – ２００７年６月２１日）は、日本の経営者。パルコ社長、会長。
増田通二は渋谷パルコのオープンの前年にスペインのバルセロナでガウディのサグラダ・ファミリア聖堂に出会い、頭を「ガーン」と殴りつけられる。４７歳だった。建築という「定職」に導かれたという思いだった。自分もガウディのように自分の夢を見ようと考え、全国にパルコを建てていき、パルコがないのは新宿と横浜だけだというまでになる。増田のソフトとハードを動的に捉える力量は希有のものであった。本物との出会いが心に火をつけ、人生を変える。
