This is Matt Rogers from Lost Culture East. That's with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. This is Bowen Yang from Lost Culture East. There's Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. You know when people try a new food and suddenly it's like, OK, hold on. I got a new favorite food. That's the reaction a lot of people are having when they first try Cupid Mayon. Yeah, it's the one with the red cap and the little baby on the bottle. You've probably seen it at the grocery store. And this mayo is different. Most mayonnaise uses whole eggs. Cupid only uses egg yolks, which gives it this rich umami flavor. It's smoother, deeper, almost buttery.

Once people try it, they start putting it on everything. Egg sandwiches, fries, burgers, chefs use it, restaurants use it, people who really care about flavor use it, put it on just about anything. Then you'll understand. Cupid, the original Japanese mayonnaise. As a YouTuber, I'm dealing with something for the first time in eight years. Someone's questioning my integrity. I know you've been attacked by a coffee zeal, those people. My question is, when people publicly question your integrity, when do you obtain to answer legal action or ignore? And have you ever made the wrong choice? That's a phenomenal question. Go for it. That's a really good question. Man, there's a lot of nuance to this answer. Because some things do deserve a response. Some things deserve to be ignored. And then when the only route in my experience to clear something up is legal action,

that can also be used effectively. You can't hide anything in court. They're going to find the truth. And if you're a person who believe that truth matters, and there's the famitory statements or things that are said that can be objectively disproven in a legal setting, and your brand has been harmed in a significant way, unfortunately that may be the route to take. It's going to take a long time. It's going to be very expensive, and it sucks. But I think truth is important. And to be honest with you, I use the legal system a lot. Because to your point. From the other way around. From you to I'm from from from from me. That's a pursuing legal action. Yeah, bro, like you want to say something untrue about my brand because of a false narrative. You heard online. Cool. You can do that. But if it's untrue and you don't come with facts, I'm going to throttle you in court. Yeah, you did something with prime. Who was it that you guys when? Who was it?

Alex Spiro. I don't know who was representing. You guys went after somebody that was doing something to you. Yeah, for sure. I mean, I mean, Ryan Garcia went on a to grade. Right. That's the one. That's the one. You went on a tier and anti prime to grade. Yeah. Calling it poison, calling it all this nonsense. And so like, bro, it's just you can't you can't you can't say stuff that's not true. And funny enough, we settled, we settled with Ryan. And I actually have him on the podcast later today. Stop. Yes. Are you kidding? So fine. I'm flying to LA. That is so great. I'm flying to LA. It's a great story. I'll be very brief in mind and I'm going to go to two others before we wrap up. If a person's an honest player, I'll talk to you. So coffee is a lot of Steven. I've been on them twice that we've talked and I tell him if you're entertaining and you're trying to like exaggerate, I'm not going to come back on. But if it's honest conversation, we'll have it. And then there's some guys that they're only dedicated to making negative videos about you. There's a guy that 90% of his videos about me negative. The bigger you get, you can have a lot more of those guys.

You can go right now type in Mr. Beast is a this. There's videos with 88 million views. It's never going to go away. Just so you know that. Never going to be a thing. It's like whack-a-mole. Yeah. It's a bit like whack-a-mole. Okay. Let's do a couple other ones here. Thank you for that. Should we go there? I'll come to you here. Section 1413. I just want to start by saying thank you for putting this together, Patrick. There's a lot of great knowledge to be had. Logan, my question for you is that you spoke about your love for good ideas. I think that's something we can all relate to in here. But the biggest separator from that is taking the idea. Execution. And executing on it. Right, exactly. So what would you say is the next step in the pipeline from those ramblings on your phone to actually getting something out there to profit off of it? I mean, I mean, bro, the first thing is like just do it. Just go and just start. Do something. Do anything. Forward, forward progress.

Momentum. Get it going. You're going to figure it out. Awesome. Simple. I love it right here. Simple. Yes, ma'am. Hi. My name is Alicia. This has been a great event. Very beneficial. So thank you. Yes. My question might be a little controversial. I don't know much about you until today. I'm from Patrick's Generation. I'm. She just said we're all the misplaced. No, no, no, no. No, no. Okay. Please continue. Go for it. Yes. So I'm Puerto Rican. And I do know that you live in Puerto Rico. Yep. So I just want to know what you think of the governor currently. Oh, wow. And how do you feel about the future of Puerto Rico? What a question. Great question. I love that you're Puerto Rican. If you think that's controversial, I got to be honest. Alicia, you don't know controversy. I've been through some shit.

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question about the governor. Not because I can't or like my PR team is telling me I just, I don't know enough. I just, I don't. I apologize. As far as the future of Puerto Rico, I am obsessed with the island of Puerto Rico. I think it is one of the most beautiful places on the planet with some of the most beautiful people on the planet. The amount of culture and art, musicians and taste that comes out of such a small island that as it stands is a territory of the United States is astounding. The fact that I get to call it home is such a privilege. I'm so grateful. I don't know what the future of Puerto Rico looks like, but I can tell you this much. When the time comes, I want to contribute and give back to Puerto Rico in a meaningful and impactful way. Along with my brother, we've tried and have done some stuff on the island this far between Jake's association boxing bullies and putting on Amanda Serrano and getting the pay

that this amazing Puerto Rican fighter deserves. But I'll tell you this much. If Jake and I become president of the United States and the Puerto Ricans want it, we're making Puerto Rico a state. Number 51. We'll take a vote. We'll take a vote. We'll take a vote over the Puerto Ricans want it. We're going to fight for you. By the way, you said something. You said Jake is very different from me. He's this. He's that. He's a Republican. You had Trump on your podcast. It doesn't make me a Republican. So you're more of an independent would you say you're more like in the center? At the moment, I'm a Republican. At the moment, you're a Republican. Yeah. I'm a bit centrist. I think the Democrats made some crazy, crazy decisions that hurt people that felt like they could identify with the party. And by the way, this shit's all a pendulum. It's all swinging. We're very, very Republican at the moment. It seems the world is leaning that way.

It's going to go back. And I just try to do things and live by way of common sense. It's crazy, crazy ideology. Very extreme. That's super extreme. Let's do the last one here and we're done. Go for it. What's up, Jake? Nick Long. Damn, bro. Get him out of here, bro. I'm not Jake. I saw, as they say, Jake, I'm not Logan. Sorry, man. Did he really call you Jake? Yeah. You call them Jake? That's crazy. That's what you're going to do with the last one. And that's totally going to negate what I was going to say because it was a statement of gratitude, man. I saw you WrestleMania 42 here in Las Vegas with my son. I was a high school wrestler, NCAA wrestler. Six. Hope Hogan was my hero. And it was so cool, man, like as a boy in me that's still alive to watch my son watch you. Whoa. The next generation. Wow. That was something I shared with my father. My father took me to rest. Dude, it brought me to tears, bro. Oh, man. And the fact that you're carrying that torch forward and to see my son look at you the way I looked at Hulk Hogan, melted my heart.

Oh, man. So thank you for that. Yeah. What a cool one to finish on. Thank you for sharing that. And hopefully that makes up for calling you the wrong name. It does. Because it seriously was like a deep moment of gratitude and reflection. Man. So my question for you is we help entrepreneurs become exit panors. We believe every entrepreneur should have an exit strategy. Amazing. Begin with the end in mind. When you started prime, did you guys intentionally think about building real enterprise value and having an exit strategy? Nope. Massive, massive, massive mistake. Massive mistake. Not a decision that I supported or wanted. And I don't think KSI wanted it either. We had opportunities to exit or get partners who would buy into the company and potentially could have had a huge cash out. Our partners didn't want it.

Sucks. We were like, yeah, we trust you guys. And we paid the price for it. So to your point, having an exit strategy in mind, having a goal of what you want to do and having a way to make sure that your hard work is going to be a good deal. And I'm sure that your hard work is eventually going to pay off is really important. And man, don't be afraid to take chips off the table. Don't be afraid to take chips off the table. How much do you think that potentially caused you by not having an exit strategy? I'm not exaggerating at all. Minimum $100 million. Remember, if I'm not mistaken, you own 20% of prime. So let's get back. Whoa! That's proprietary information. He didn't tell me this is not what you told me. This is what our good research team tells me. So just Google it Pat. By the way, 20 points is a real number. Just a 1.3 billion dollar company, zero to 1.3 in two years, 20 points.

So for us, we're prime specifically, if PepsiCo, for example, were to acquire us at the time and we looked at it, it would be a borderline anti-trust monopoly type situation. And so they couldn't. And it grew so fast that a lot of these big conglomerates weren't sure what's going to happen with the company, which is a totally fair concern. You got to make sure to stabilize and prove that your numbers are legit. But still, there's private equity that would have bought in half a billion dollars. If we'd thought it'd be easy, it didn't happen. But you know what? This is going to be a fun challenge. It's going to be a fun challenge to get back to 1.2 billion and get prime back on the right track. Great question. Get an exit strategy. It's considered every step effortless, crafted from fine swayed and built with builder technology, designed to move with you.
