What can you expect from a life? And so we're talking about basically your life, this human lifetime that you're experiencing. And however far along you are on the path, like if you're in your 20s, or 40s, or 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, or 100s, you're going to be at different stages of experience. But all lifetimes have this particular, all of all people have this particular growth where they build a life and then as they get to the 40s or 50s or 60s, they start dismantling the life they've built. That's sort of the human way.

And even those of you who might be like, well, I'm just going to have a really simple life. I'm not going to build a lot. I'm just going to focus on my experiences and just be very simple. I'd say, yes, you're also building experiences. You might not be building physical stuff, or you might not be building a family, but you're building experiences. So it's the same thing, letting go of that. It is important to understand that when we get into parts of our life and we review, when we get into our life review, and a lot of people start doing this process in middle age, which I think is fantastic, much better to start doing it early than waiting until we're older. We do come across a lot of regrets. Why did I do it this way, or why did I go out with that person?

Why did I move here? Why did I take that job, or the missed opportunities? Why didn't I go with this person, or why didn't I do this as my career path, or why didn't I move on and on and on? And we start to get to this idea of our lives are not what we expect ever. This is, I've talked about before, like we don't get the map of our lives when we're born like a little scroll. Like here's your life. Good luck. Instead, we're continually following the signs and the synchronicities, the universal nudges that are going to take us to the next soul lesson, or the next place. And so we don't get the map. We don't know where we're going. We're always walking blind.

And of course, as we begin, we're sort of in the fool's role. We don't know anything, we're naive, we're little. And then we make decisions based on our family culture. And of course, we make a lot of, in quotes, mistakes. Of course, we make many bad choices. This is just what we do. And even if you're a person that was so careful, you so carefully plotted your life. So there was very little risk, and you didn't make those quote bad choices. Then you might be the one that looks back and say, why didn't I take more risks? Why didn't I try something different? Why was I so safe so that I didn't even really experience much in my life? It was just so safe.

And sometimes those are the lifetimes we have. Sometimes that's what we need. We just need a sort of a rest life. And others of you were like, whoa, I lived it to the brink. I left nothing on the floor. And maybe in all that speed and attack and a sort of living, adventuring, maybe you missed some of the more common reflective parts potentially. Or again, maybe this was an adventuring life for you. And you have different reasons we're here in this lifetime. Or others of you might have been like, you know, I just came in to support my family members. I just really wanted to get this generation of the family onto more stable footing. And then maybe in the passage of that, you didn't really do what you might have done.

Or maybe you didn't have a family and maybe you didn't have a partner and you just sort of went in a lone way through your life. And maybe you missed some of these intimate relationships that you might have wished you could have had. So you're starting to see that no matter how you slice it, there's going to be regrets or things you missed. And because of the way we're designed as humans, nobody's going to have every experience in this lifetime. Now, I would say over the course of many lifetimes, we're going to have all the experiences, all of them, the good, the bad, all of it. We're going to have those, you lifetime after lifetime after lifetime. But in this lifetime, we sort of make our decisions at some level really young, maybe as routine ageors, maybe as we're in our young twenties.

And the course we chart is kind of the course that's going to stick with us for a long time. And this is why parents of children in high school are like, you know, don't get pregnant, don't do drugs, don't drive drunk. Just like they want to, they want to eliminate those choices that might happen because of some decision made before the person was old enough to understand, but they were choosing. And of course that doesn't work either. We're all just come in and we're all going to do what we're going to do and then later we get to this place and we review it. So how do we review our lives and have this feeling of regret and maybe even suffering, maybe anger. How do we get into this place of our lives and deal with all that comes up when we realize that maybe we didn't get what we were hoping to get.

And maybe now it's sort of too late. Maybe you always wanted like this beautiful lover, you just like that, you just wanted like true love as an idea, you wanted this beautiful lover, you wanted to experience everything about your sensuality and your intimate relationship. And maybe that didn't happen for you. Or maybe you really wanted to experience, you know, dramatic fame and fortune in the public eye. It's like, you try and try and try and it like never happens. And maybe maybe you have regrets about that and so on and so on and so on. And maybe you had some big suffering, maybe you had an accident, maybe you have an illness, maybe you had an addiction, other things. So how do we get through this idea of looking at our lives and coming to terms with this is our experience.

I know that many, many years ago in 2000, I had the near death experience on the plane where the oxygen all went out. And I remember and you know, obviously I survived. We did the emergency landing. It was fine. But what happened in that moment surprised me because one of the things that happened is that my life did flash for me like this light show of everything in my life up to that point, which was a long time ago flash forward. And instead of having any kind of regret at that moment. I just remember feeling so grateful that I'd had all those experiences. I was just in in awe of everything I'd experienced, even the really, really rough stuff.

I just sort of couldn't believe how amazing my life had been up to that point. And I think I think I might have said 2020, I mean 2000. So this is 26 years ago, the time of recording. I just couldn't believe how amazing life was in that moment. The whole life flash forward. All the things, even a five minutes before this incident happened, I was like grumbling complaining. This isn't good enough. This isn't good enough. I don't like this. I just went away. It was like, wow, that was amazing what I had experienced. Amazing. And also nothing really stood out like all these markers we have. Like I remember, I don't know, somebody might say my wedding day or my day I got my job.

Or you know, some marker. None of those markers even came through in my awareness flash. None of it. It was all the place of being aware in nounness. It was every single moment of just being in it in this human body. It was just all of it. And when you took the balance of the all of it, all the all the bad, it's all the good and quotes, just all everything was just this remarkable, remarkable, amazing, awe, gratitude, just heart bursting open. And of course, you know, that that event was over. We were fine. We landed the next day came and then it's back to the grumbling and being just connect content about about what the, you know, this and that.

This is just the human way we forget. We forget our mind gets very cranky. It's very distracted. And we forget the amazement. I'm going to read a little bit from the Gabriel messages. And you know, I have like a whole bunch of channeled books. This is just one of the more recent one that we've been working through. So you can get those at the website. The cave. You may have a desire or calling to go into the cave of meditation and reflection. To go into the space of silence and retreat and reflect and allow all the feelings and knowings and understandings of everything you have experienced.

So that you can come forward into a whole and integrated knowing. We say you do not need the cave. This level of understanding can happen wherever you are and with who ever you are with. The cave is an idea. You can go there at any moment from wherever you are, even if you are in real life. You can go to the connection teaches when you are in the cave or the top of the mountain or wearing your hermit robe. It is easy to have everything all figured out. It's when you come out of the cave. When you come off the mountain, when you begin to rub shoulders with other human souls and begin to show up to your family and community that you begin to see the unavoidable aspect of being with others.

You may not enjoy this. There is always conflict and chaos. It can be difficult to navigate. We say this is not only how you feel but the experience of every conscious soul. It is hard to be together. You are many waves crashing. Yet you are teaching each other. Every time you come in contact and I want to read one more. Gather your mind. The past is not worthy of your focus. Be grateful but do not live there. You cannot have it back just as you cannot grasp air in your fist. The future is not worthy of your concern. You already know that what is going to happen is what is going to happen and while you have dreams and desires so do all the other souls in the universe.

You are manifesting or creating as part of the collective soul. So that what happens will happen based on the dreams and desires of all beings based on the dimensional reality you are living in. We say you can put in your request but be prepared for surprises. I think what can be useful is to look at your life. I like to look at my life as a time of looking at the soul lessons I have been learning. I like to look at my life as the patterns that continue to come forward that I continue to not learn, not learn, not learn, repeat, repeat until finally that pattern is learned.

I think this is important because especially for those of you who are the empaths and sensitives, a lot of the pattern that we have to learn is stepping out and not being afraid. Stepping out and saying our mind, stepping out and not just sucking in and sponging all the all the motions from everyone and fixing it. That is our job but also it's not our only job. If you are another person who is much more assertive and out there then maybe your job is to learn the lesson of pulling back in so we have got both things going. One thing that I also like to do is really understand that the past is actually gone. So much of what we ruminate on and regurgitate is in our minds and sometimes I'll work with people that maybe they are siblings, they were raised together.

And they will have completely different reflections and understandings of what their childhood was like because they are unique beings having unique experience even in the same situation. Even in the same experience their realities are different and then later when they take that up and start remembering and processing what happened to them, it's completely different. So I want you to kind of look at the role that your mind has as it hits into those markers in memory and you kind of go back in there trying to figure out the puzzle. And what I would say is you can't figure it out, you can analyze all you want, you can go back in there and look and dig, like an archaeologist digging in your past.

You will get more information, you will get some insights, but you will never have the whole picture because that is not what life is about. Life is about going from one noun to the next noun is to the next noun and having those experiences. Going back into the past to remember, it's like you're remembering a memory of a projection of something that you thought was correct. There's not really a lot of point to that level of, once you've done several passes through, this was horrible, this was horrible, this was fine, this was this. Once you've got some ideas, you can kind of stop going back there because it's not really happening anymore. And if you've got trauma that your body is still holding on from that, then of course you work on the process of releasing it, but at a certain point you get clear.

At a certain point you get clear. And then what are you supposed to do? Just think about the future? No, we're just here right now. And that's really, what can you expect from a life? More moments of noun-ness, more moments of noun-ness, or potentially this moment of noun-ness. And how is that for you? This moment of noun-ness, and how is that? This moment, you're giving the idea, this moment. Alrighty, we'll be back next time. Thank you for listening and hope to see you soon.
