So this is the Women's Soccer Post-Cat. We'll start there because obviously we'll get to my reaction to Tulane Victory, Yesterday, Women's Voidball, Finishes, Non-Con, Undefined. That will be seven episodes there. Women's Golf Return to Action. Yesterday there as well. Who else? I'm not leaving somebody else out. Oh yeah, the Women's Soccer Team. I'll never take getting that just a minute here in the box there as well. So, kind of trying to summarizing everything here.

1:01Another trying to stay on task here in the show. So again, football, men's women's basketball coming in November and so much more. Women's sports have been doing very awesome. Yes, I know. We're going to get to soccer unfortunately. We're going to start with that first. We're going to be using at home to their big troll opener and they got shut out there. And we'll just go into it right now. So obviously we'll get to volleyball. We call them as volleyball either today or we actually later on today or tomorrow. So there's that. Hey, we got a lot going on there as well, but the volleyball. What a start, right? What a start. What a start. We'll get to that. That's the end of the episode. But right now, let's flip the coin over to women's soccer, which also started there. Nakan. And if he talked about that. Despite three ties, but you start on the big troll slate on the wrong foot, getting shut

2:05out at home by Houston. Three to nothing. I did not, I did not see this coming. As well. Again, early goal by Houston set the tone here. Look like there. Casey was going to respond. And once again, K state, you know, a review, a review took away a possible chance for a tie tie. And that's probably what set the downfall this woman's soccer team on Friday night there as well. So this is the for obviously, well, no, it's not because we've been well, we got to go back to Nebraska. Last time we got shut out. And that was earlier in the noncon there as well. Yeah. So it was only one and nothing at halftime there. And then two credible goals there, giving up by the defense there.

3:08And I read somewhere that we lost what a couple of back defenders, not good. They're not good. They're not good. They're there as well. So let me see here. Yeah. So yeah. So there's that. But yeah, man, not what you want, especially not what you want to start at. I think last year we ended up doing the same thing losing the first two. Yeah. I remember that last year calling Corbin in the first season as the coach was one of soccer teams started out big toe play on to and then they didn't get their first comments went until on the road. So here we go. Are you going to play this back again? Well, what about that? About that. But yeah, Houston three Kansas State nothing back on Friday night. Women's soccer to kick off the women's soccer portion of big toe play. Everybody's in big toe play now. Any career, promotion podcasts, all things Kansas State sports coming to you from a stop

4:10rainy now. I must have stormed last night here in Kansas City as we were recording this early on Sunday mornings of tomorrow, 2020, 26, a lot to get into as we go into the upcoming week the last full week as we're in the second half of the month of September there as well. So I do want to begin and brass well. Lingle and Myers got shot out from coach Corbin for creating off of the chances there by do want to pick up this post game called a big toe play in knocker. Obviously, you know, hey, everybody's in big toe play now. That includes one's volleyball and and football now football. I will get to them. There as well. See, I see I told you. See, most of y'all thought that was you two is going to be push over. Anyways, I don't get to do not give me and no, I'm not a two lane bandwagon. No, it's just a pass.

5:11You know, I'm saying it's just a pass. But anyways, soccer, soccer, soccer, yes, Houston came in and then had in the shut out and do what they did to even know, yes, Lingle and Myers, McKin and brass well, Ronald and Tyler come to try to get and throw Gabby the mirrors in there because Gabby the mirrors goal would have tied the game early. And then that would have probably that sequence there could have been again. This is the second time this season that a goal has been taken off the board. Actually, the third time this because you can't Iowa twice on the road. That again, that should have been a win, but that's neither here or there right now. You got to worry about a big truck play and this is this way. Excuse me. This is where you make your money and K state started on the wrong foot as well, but coach Corbin here real quick on big truck play and noncon. Coe, we didn't score goals, right?

6:12I think our teams been scoring goals all year, which has been really fun. We still got 19 shots off, which is a lot. I just think not being able to see the ball hit the back of the net is it's pointing, especially with the offense momentum. We continue to have by thought overall performance was really good. It doesn't feel like a three nothing game to give up a goal. One is you know, one's a mistake. It's probably doesn't happen 99 times out of 100. And then two set pieces is just unfortunate. It's tough to give up goals like that. And so to not really give up anything truly in run of play. I think our defense were at presence. Defensive presence was really, really good tonight. It's just unfortunate to give up goals on the wrong end. Quote there as well. Yeah, man. Yeah, very surprised. A little bit there. All this office of momentum. There was a noncon and they used to set up big truck play. Again, we talked about back, you're not going getting breaks your way. That was going back to early in the game.

7:15Where all year long this office has been aggressive. Let me get into the box real quick. All year long cases offense. Well, that's got what were you relying on your sophomore, still a sophomore, get into me ears or your veteran leaders. Like a McKinney brass well, a row and a towel, Allison Marshall, those girls. They've been super aggressive, super aggressive on the offensive. And they were still aggressive 19 shots. In the game, actually, yeah, 19 shots in the game. Houston outshot K state by one. 2019, they have five of those shots on goal. And obviously three of them went in. And K state had three on goal, but none of those did not get in there as well. Three, two on saves Houston quarter kicks Houston had a whole lot more. 13 to four. And that all size one to one fouls. Houston 15 K state 12. Let me see here. Yeah, it's early giving early goal devastating to.

8:17And this is not the first time that this defense K state defense. I was giving up early goals. This was in a what 13th minute of the first half. They're giving up early goal. And then few minutes later, the Gabyton Mears goal, what could have been a tie game at that point got taken away off the board from a review. A standpoint there. That's really unfortunate. And then give up goals within two minutes of each other in the second half. That's not going to cut it there as well. Yeah, literally two minutes apart from one another there. That was a dagger. That was a dagger there. That third goal there by Houston towards the 70th minute there was a dagger there. And that you just cannot give up those type of goals there. It doesn't matter. And so the start off over not good, not good. You mean, I mean, at the end of the day, again, I mean, the efforts there by the end of the day again, gotta go back to the winning loss and it's called them there.

9:20So what K state now is five, one and three on the season as. They'll host, excuse me, they'll host the battle the Wildcats battle of the Wildcats. This upcoming Thursday when Arizona comes in the user family park there that take on K state in the battle the Wildcats as well. So yeah, opportunity to year looms here. Likki wounds. I'm pretty sure they've done it already and moved on. Now from that, but to come out, get shot home. That's not the best feeling. And specley now in big trouble, player, not going to get those breaks there as well. And I talked about this conference when just running down the standings. This not even looking at it to the rosters. And I said this conference is deep. Obviously football, we know it's deep for sure. Obviously, that's a no brainer there. And we're going to find out K state football, getting the big trouble play right next week. She sits down here a lot more to come in this podcast later on.

10:23Later on next week, this upcoming week, I should say there as well. But man, yeah, look at that. There's only one losing team in the big 12 weeks comes the woman's soccer in the big 12 week. I sat here and talked about that. And yeah, he just can't lose any grant. I think it wasn't Arizona. I don't know. Let me see the one. 11:24So there's an Iowa State TCU. You tall. Sitting at eight down here. Well, no, sitting at a time. So you got all that. So yeah, like I said, this is deep. Everyone has got a winning record. Since it's an anti doesn't. Well, they got their 500 was what. If I was that's weird. So yeah, man, when I look down at this overall at this big 12 at this woman's soccer, it's really, really deep and. Unfortunately, at the end of the day, coach, coach, we lost. Is what it is there in. It kind of surprises me that. Ningen goal and in the course, also surprising that the defense could not hold down Houston. As well. So, you know, hey, yeah. So, so I mean, I just mentioned that last year, this team started owing too. In-Matial play, you cannot afford to do that on Thursday night. Arizona comes to town. Three, four and two on the season. So that's kind of that's losing record right there.

12:25You take away the tie right there. Three and four. Yeah, that's losing record right there. There's also very unfortunate start after an undefeated noncon season. Obviously, those see, you don't get in the playoffs right right there. You got to play the right, you got to play the rest of the conference schedule. And a case in force, he does not score goal at home. And we talked about home field advantage. I'm not going to go in that rabbit hole right now, but talk about home field protecting home field for this team. How big it was last year. And how big it has been this year, actually, but the lose at home devastating at a start of three game homestand. So we'll see if this one with the soccer team can bounce back. That's going to be the huge test now because they were to I know they were tested. They're testing a little bit in not con, but this is the bigger test of the season. After a successful noncon, you lose the big troll opener. And now Arizona will come in later on this week of this upcoming week to take on K state.

13:29There's a K state with tamolta with chances couldn't get it in Houston takes advantage of an early goal and then doubles down in the second half to shut out K state back on Friday night in Manhattan, Kansas, K state. 14:30In a state of the brass before case of was volleyball, obviously football yesterday, hard fought battle. As somebody, even up my projection, and my projection, my prediction was kind of a runaway. I kind of had a feeling that two wing it was going to be tough. And it was. And I was probably, everybody's kind of looking at two wing like this year and all. I'll get into that. I got a homobrag on that. So, no, no, no, look, I just had that feeling. I just had it. That was going to be a tough game yesterday. And it was every Johnson stepping up to the plate. And delivering the dual threat quarterback. He's a yes. I'll expand on that further. And the reaction that I record, either later on to death, after work today or I might just get it done after work today and get that get get go ahead get that out. And then we're going volleyball. That's all that woman's golf back in action. I think during the top 10 currently,

15:32as we're recording this podcast, let me get out of this real quick. Oh, had it for us to do that. Yeah, they're Tiver eighth right now. The schooner imitation. What's this? It's just got done raining up here. After a thunderstorm ran through here last night, that's well, Kelsey channels the bounce back from a very slow start. There was well. So keep an eye on that. Let me see here. Yeah, you need Kelsey chin. 90 make a shima. Staley feels those three. Those the triple threat. That's not going to stick yet. Yes, yet. But the triple threat, those three, it really particularly, Kelsey chin and not Kishima. If those girls can play well, everybody else should follow that again. So those are your and Staley for you.

16:32So you can call her veteran to come back for a sophomore season. But yeah, right. This case of one of golf team, battling normal normal, normal, Oklahoma and they're finishing up today. As well. So we'll keep our eyes tapped on that. So yeah, all things case of athletics. Case of one sports, ball out. Yes, even though we got shut out five five eight nine. Still, Casey wants sports.
