The Blue Yeti microphone lance uses versus the iPhone headphone mic matte uses. Frequency range. Blue Yeti. Wide. iPhone headphone mic. Nero. Capsule size. Blue Yeti. Large. iPhone headphone mic. Miniature. Sound profile. Blue Yeti. Warm and thick. Phone headphone mic. Thin and flat. Lance. Wide, large, warm and thick. Matte. Nero. Miniature. Thin and flat. Is anyone surprised by this? I was a cancer. It's gone, dude. I like I just walk out of the room, come get my Bob, so you confirm I have cancer and get my stitches out. And I got a message that's talking about what we hate about ourselves in a half hour. That's great, dude. That's great.

When it rains, it pours. It's out. It's confirmed it was the basil cancer. At least that's what I understand the Spanish report to say. And now everyone's like trying to make me a pussy about some block and shit. I bet. It's like, okay, so the cancer won. So the cancer won, huh? So now I have to change my life. Because the cancer, dude, that's such bullshit. So yeah, I was in there for like two seconds. I didn't see the doctor. They're just like, yeah, it's fine. Come back and see her in a month and move, make sure that nothing else popped up. Ooh. So forthcoming fear, some anticipatory anxiety. Follow this ball. Let me go. Yeah. It just keeps raining. Fuck. It's pretty good as far as my first experience with cancer. Wasn't too bad. I never had stitches in my life, by the way. It doesn't hurt at all when they take them out. Huh, that's weird.

Yeah, why is that? I thought it'd be completely painful. I think because the healing like pushed the stitches up to almost the edge of the skin. That could be. Yeah, and then it's just like a... Snippy snip. And I wouldn't have known what the fuck she's talking about anyways. There's limits on my Spanish because like... I don't even know if I know the words in English, you know. If someone's explaining why, where are the stitches, where your skin heals and the different layers of skin and English, I'd be like, uh-huh. Yeah. They start talking epidermis and you're like, yeah, huh? I don't get you trim. That's what I would say. So that episode's done, dude. For now. And for now, till something else creeps up. What would you recommend, dude? What would you do in this situation? Because I don't feel like it's any different than what anyone our age should be doing.

But like, would you... I don't know, would you do... Would you stay inside more? Would you be more like, all right, I had one bout with cancer. I'm never going outside between the hours of 10 and 4. No. I just do a daily sunscreen and then I would cake it on. I would do a surfing or whatever you do that's like direct hardcore sun. Did you do that already? Yeah, I do because my skin's, you know, my whole life in Colorado. Right. Colorado's a fucked up place for the sun. Very, bro. I got this shit in the middle of my head now. Like, it's like a freckle. But it looks... It looks like I've got some skin condition. Like Jesus Christ, how many of these things need to pop up to make me look older? Are you going to get that taken care of? I'm thinking about it. It's getting annoying enough to where it's like I'm going to do some beauty treatment. But it's not a... It's not free cancer. So whatever they call it, you think? No.

It's just the fucking... It makes it hard for someone to drill you, dude, because they have to look at that. Yeah, because I want like 30-year-old trim to be like, ah, drill. And with these types of blemishes, the probability is getting lower. And so I want to fix it. It's funny that that's a thing with getting older is weird shit growing on your body. It's kind of... It's just sun damage. It's sun damage. It's just freckles. I already had freckles growing up. And it's like... It's just in a weird place that annoys me. You know, certain light, you can't really see it, but other light, it's like, damn. Are you... Since you brought up... Are you self-conscious about your hair or lack of it? Does it bother you at all? Not really. No. I mean, I wear a hat because I'm out on a bike all the time, but mostly the sweat. I sweat a lot. It's like... It's just like sweat beads coming down a bald head and like dropping all over the shirt and stuff. You know, if I had some hair to catch it, I'd be good. What do you think this might...

Like for a bald person, they're probably like, go fuck yourself. What's worse, bald are graying. Because I'm not that excited about graying. Although, every once in a while, I get like, oh man, like the gray, the salt and pepper look is awesome. That's what's in. And I'm like, for who? It all depends on your face. Some guys look great bald. Some guys look good. I put myself in it. I mean, I'm in a good category, I would say, but... Be some head. Well, just... It's just that... Can you pull it off? Is your jaw strong enough or are you one of those pudgy, horrible looking dudes? But then the gray hair as well. Like the gray hair can make people look... Distinguished? No, yes, distinguished, but I was thinking the other other thing. Just like I'm worn down and shitty. Like tails of the crypt, just really old. So it's about the face and the faces are unique. It all comes together and sometimes it works. I see...

Yeah, I see sometimes I'll see myself from certain angles and it is what you said. I'm like, what am I? 100 years old. What the fuck? Yeah. But then from straight on, I'm like, I could pass for my age. Probably the worst I got freckles that are right at the... It's because of driving. I'm assuming extra sun. But it's living in Colorado. Right where if you didn't sleep well, it would create a circle under your eye. Uh-huh. Like the high cheekbone that gets sunken eyes area. Well, but I have freckles right there that look like sometimes if I don't sleep, it's just like people will be like, you got a black eye? What happened? Oh yeah, I've had that like my whole life. It's sun damage. You fuck. Leave me alone. I got it through my bone structure, my allergies, some... I'm just talking about the bags and then like, yeah, like I didn't sleep that great last night. I'll nervous about this show.

Yeah. And your nerves get the stitches out. No, actually, I think I slept well. I just, like lately, I'll just wake up at like an hour before I want to. Yeah, I get an old, bro. Sad. It's fine, but it's like, ah. But then I'm like, ah, that's probably that hour. I need that hour. You really do, Matt. You need that hour. Bad. I don't know. I feel like it's not a big deal for most people. Like the whole world wakes up before six. No, dude. I think it's all bullshit. I think that, well, maybe there's some people. I don't know. First off, that's one of the things that annoys me about how I talk on the podcast and I'll get to it. Anyway, but everybody needs sleep. I think some people can operate on less than the normal version, but the people that look like they can handle it. I don't know that I buy it. What do you have an idea of what you need? Seven. Solid. Yeah, I think that's about fair because people that are like, you know, wellness people,

all you need, 14 hours of sleep, that seems kind of out of control. Yeah. Seven, seven and a half, but like, I get eight. Come on. I'm never sleeping straight through the night anymore though. I get up, got to take that piss. Yeah. Drink some water after. I can now I got to put on some fucking chapstick. I don't know. Just stupid check. Check the doors. Still checking the doors. That's before bed. But dumb things accumulate in the routine. Sometimes I sleep through the night, but it's not as, it's not like when I was younger. I'm not getting, but I mean, I can't, if I get back to sleep, I'm like a zombie, but something like today. Yeah, actually, I feel like I, I don't know for sure last night, but I feel like I slept through the night. It's more like, which is good, which is good at least. If I went, I went to bed like 11, let's say, and then I woke up at 5.50. I would have liked to be in bed till 6.30 when I wake my kids up to go to school. Yeah. Ideally, right? Right.

But at 5.50, what am I going to do? Mm-hmm. Well, I'm often sore and that wakes me up. And I'm always like, well, I always sore. So I'll pop a ab, I'd be profaned. Sometimes in the middle of the night, if I'm feeling like, oh, this is really good. I'm working out like you're 30. It's going to keep me up. Yeah, so it's a struggle, dude, but let's move on to what, have you listened all the episodes, or most of them you've listened to, right? I have, yeah. Okay. Have you noticed anything that you do that you're just like, would you shut the fuck up? I notice, I notice sometimes that it's hard to follow my train of thought. You should be looking at me like, no shit. But like, I'll, I use, I don't know if it's pronouns, I'll refer to other shit without saying what the other shit is. So it was like, I want, yeah, I went there, or I don't know how to explain it, but I would, I would, like, for example, I listened to the one we did last week, which actually kind

of liked even though we had technical difficulties on my end. But, and I was talking about what I, like, when I, when I was going through my relationship, my breakup and everything that I, like, I never thought of going off the deep end. But I said something like, yeah, I never considered anything like that. But I didn't, there was no reference. We hadn't, we hadn't set the table for that comment. I do that all the time because in my head, I know what I'm referring to, but I, but nobody else does, I think. Yeah. I, I don't notice that that much. It's not like you're coming, it's just chan-genchial and you're coming out of nowhere. I think when you piece it all together, you, people get the gist. I mean, you might want to be more clear, you know, seek for more clarity in the way you speak, but you kind of start and stop, like, comedian. I knew this was a trap. I knew you had a laundry list of problems I had. No, no, but it's like a car. A car that had, that shuts off at a light and you kind of just constantly start and stop, start and stop. You're just kind of a piece of shit car.

The thing about podcasting is that it's, you can plan. I know you'd like to have a plan, but you're also having the conversation real time. So you're like, oh, that just made me think of something. Good happens all the time. But yeah, I don't like that. I don't like, I like, I use a lot of, I say that's interesting too much. I think, I will say though, I think if you, if you painfully listen to, I don't know if you do this, but when back and listen to early episodes, I think we both gotten a lot better. I feel like I might interrupt you a little less now, listen to you a little more. I still have issues with that, but like, I think we've probably gotten better. Oh yeah. Because it's not just like having a conversation on the street. It is, but it's also like, others, two people that are trying to produce something. Here's you got to, you got to get your point in whatever. Yeah, I think with you, this, this starting, the stopping, the kind of truly like flowy type of conversational style, it's, it's great because it'll lead to,

really funny stuff or oftentimes some really interesting comments. It's like, also has its downsides too of like clarity, like, especially when I'm editing, I try to clean that shit. Boy, you know, I do. But like, we don't get to some of the comments of like, let's go to a deeper shade of skin color in terms of who we admire and then we're calling out Manu Bol and Grace Jones. We don't get to that with Lances sort of really thoughtful approach of answering the question and, you know, as, as clear as you can. We don't typically get to anything cool. All I'll do, which is obviously annoying, is say something semi thoughtful, not like it and then destroy it with a comment about being trans or being a pussy or what you call that a good partnership though. Like if I have a skill set that's not conducive to keeping the show on the rails and you do,

but my, whatever I have might lead to some, I don't know, creativity or, or whatever. Because I know early on, you were pretty adamant that you didn't want to just make this a comedic show. I think, I mean, you, you're encouraging humor, but that wasn't the point. Right. Well, I think we're the greatest tag team that's ever, ever, ever lived. I don't know if you know how dumb. What's funny is like I can completely make the show ridiculous and useless. Like every, every sentence that, I mean, we're talking about something really serious. Like our kids are fucking people dying. I, my head, I'm like, here's a dumb thought. Bro, I am completely aware. Please. I know you could derail every single sentence I say. It's, it's, it's well known. Best they get what, like 30% success, right? Well, just to amuse yourself too. And then I have to fake laugh at about 40% of them. Right.

60% is genuine. I mean, I do like catching you off guard and seeing like spontaneous laughter is great. Like because it's one thing you know, I'm getting going into a bed or something, but like when I do like that, maybe to a fault. But I don't know if you're representing the listeners or I am. Uh, yeah, I don't know. I do get a lot of feedback that people agree with you. But you're like more, more of your agenda. I think people, it resonates with people. I just don't have an agenda. What do you mean agenda? Like you have, you actually have a point. It might be your political stance. It might be your stance on modern society. Like you kind of take a stance where I, I don't, I'm pretty non-committal. So it's more like, well, well, here's something funny to say in the moment. But I think that, I think people probably like, like that you do that. I mean, I've never heard anyone, their feedbacks never like, oh man, you're so funny on that show to me. Well, it feels like that's like a given. If we're going to talk about a subject that you might do some thinking about it beforehand,

or suggest a topic that you've done some thinking about. And uh, that's why I say you like to start, stop, free, flow and you get into it. You actually ask more questions of me now than I do of you. I think it used to be the opposite. But that's true. I like, you like letting you go now. You're guiding. You're guiding the conversation more now while you slip in some derail and comments here and there. But I don't, I'm not as derailed by him as I might have been. I generally not that, I'm not that happy with my like creative, I never have it. Which just comes back to maybe a lot of people, singers, comedians, aren't that excited to listen to their own material, but it's pretty valuable. And I hate that. So I'm not like that excited about anything I'm doing. Ever. Although I will say when I listen to the shows, I'm usually pretty happy, which is kind of funny. Like it's, it's like, I always, I'm, I always listen to show and go, that was pretty good. Everyone's like, oh, you're just kind of rambling again.

But I think with your editing and you, and you being so serious about everything, like it keeps it. It keeps it, it keeps it tight. I don't know. I really have no idea how much you, you're, you're tuning it up. I'm not tuning it up much. It's just taking out the interruptions mostly and then raising your volume because you do come to the studio with really piece of shit equipment. And yes, the phone sounds fine, but it's not optimal. I know it's, like it has some range in it. I don't know why. That's just where my head is or what? Like even in the, in the same episode, even if we didn't have any technical difficulties. Well, that's, I'm not trying to pick on you, but that is a speaking style you have where you are really hot and then you mumble down. And that's from an audio technical point of view, that's tough. I might have met her. And I'll have to raise volume on one, which they tend to be the mumbling down piece is

really the meat of what you're saying typically, the most important part. And I'll have to raise that volume and try to connect it to the, so you'll do something like a, I just think it's like, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then the point is there and I have to fuck with that. So that's normal conversing. It's just not from a professional who wants to have a professional podcast, which is good we picked the name we did. That'd be my only criticism of you, but I have a ton of criticisms of me. So it's, we can go there, but mine. I mean, I'm, we are, we are, yeah, we can go there. I, I have this, it's with everything, but this relationship with the modern way to market stuff and the way people hear about stuff and how I'm, we're so anti it. But it seems now that I've kind of done, I've gone down that path with my business, you know, social media and all that crap and online marketing. And I have this, it's like, I listen to other shows and I'm like, yeah, I think our show is probably just as good, which is a dumb thing to say, but it is, it's just the

way it is. You, you kind of, even if you're like us who think we're above, well, above everything, you're still like comparing yourself a little bit to other, other, other things that are the same. But I'm like, why? I had to him it. Sorry. Speaking of technical difficulties, my mic keeps dropping. Yeah, I'm just like, why the battle? Like we probably could just market this a little bit and make it, make it like a big thing. Yet for some, I don't know if it's my insecurity if I'm scared. If it's because I've talked so much shit about social media over the years that I'm like, can't go back now. But I, that's my issue with the show is like, why, why don't we do more with it? You know, I mean, it's like the issue going back and forth. We shouldn't do more with it. We're doing it for exactly why we, what we want it for versus like, fuck it. It's a good show. It's a better way to make a living or spend your time than other things. Why not, why not do it? And that is like a bit of a battle. Because I'm like, you did all the work. You have it, like just to get the show up and running for two years, almost three years is a pretty big deal. You did all the work.

Now what you got to do is follow the same script I already, already followed to get the table business off the ground and you're going to increase your listenership and it probably be fun. Yeah, there's work there though to engage and stuff. I don't really want that at the moment. Well, I get what you're saying. I'm saying when somebody, even it's a friend of ours is someone's like, oh, I like that show. I like Lance's silly skits. We're both, we can act like we're above it. We're both like, oh, that's awesome. Of course. So like if that happened over and over again and maybe that money, we making some money or use that money to do something good for the world, I don't think in the end we'd be like, fuck, why are we sell out bitches if that happened? We'd probably be happy with it. Yeah, I'm sure. But you know, that's all the more reason to clean up some of your bullshit. Make it better. I think, I don't know. You listen to a lot of podcasts like, I don't, I don't know if the production side, I mean, you had sound quality all that stuff, but I don't know if that's why people are tuning into a podcast and being like, wow, great, great production value, great lead in music,

great, great mic, great mic sound. Like no one cares. I think they, well, I think they care to a point. If they're having a jack their volume, if it's not consistent with other podcasts, I mean, that's all in the biz, probably pretty easy or kind of table stakes, but like ours is a little under that, but it's not so noticeable that it's really hard and difficult to listen to. I try to crank the volume enough, but there's enough background noise and silliness on your end. And then I don't have a great room for direct to mic. I could put some like sound barrier stuff behind me, just some basic stuff that most people do make a little more studio quality. That's not hard. It's not necessary. Yeah, that stuff is pretty, pretty easy, but yeah, I'm like, I don't know. Yeah, but I don't, I think that's two different things a little bit, you know, if you're like, okay, we should get better mics versus we should let the, let anyone besides 30 people know that we're doing it. Sure. There's another thing, but I still, I mean, I can't get over.

This is one of the things if we get into the deep thing of what we don't like about our stuff. It's like, who fucking cares? But I'm like, uh, to be a guy marketing a podcast just sounds still sound so ridiculous. And I'm like, why do I fucking care? Like who cares? I don't, it's not as much for me as like a cool thing or something. Yeah, it doesn't like reflect on my coolness or my view of myself. I'm just not sure I really want to do it. But you do, but you're putting all the work in every week for three years. Yeah, but I'm not sure I want to do what's necessary to promote and maintain engagement from a larger audience and have goals related to it. Now, if it's just as simple as like, let's just turn on the social media feeds and we'll take a few dumb quotes and throw it out there. That's cool. But if I have to start making videos and then it's just no thanks. Yeah, it's true.

There is that aspect of even my mind only successful podcast is usually like, I mean, it's all this bullshit. Like the, uh, I came up with their call. Luca was telling me yesterday, like, things called reaction videos or whatever. It's like, you're watching something on YouTube or TikTok and you're just commenting on it is like a way a lot of people get, you know, get like, uh, some presence on the internet. Like I don't ever want to do any of that shit. I'm sure you don't. But like, yeah, you're right. There's, there's probably a little bit more to it than just being like, Hey, we paid five bucks a week for Facebook ads. And now we have all these listeners. Yeah. I think it'll come back around, man. I'm holding out. I feel like once we get them here, they stay. Well, to come back around, I think, in the sense that like, people will be looking for understated, you know, basically pieces of shit. There's not that I just don't feel like maybe like there's that much polished as you say out there. Like it all feels like, I mean, even the MPR thing I listened to was still like in it.

I mean, it's polished as far as they have like, what's that news stories? They're following the correspondence and there's a flow and there's music, transitional music. But it's just everything in this space is still more like free flowing conversation than what we grew up with with like, you know, radio news or radio talk shows and shit like that. Dude, I don't know what we're talking about because it's not what I want to talk about. So we're at risk of me cutting this section out. Well, maybe this is a microcosm of what I, what I don't like about myself on the shows, driving us down a path that doesn't get us to the bulk of the conversation. Yeah. I agree. What's your problem? What don't you like about yourself on this show? A lot of it's phrasing. It's just so redundant. I'm not sure if other people pick up, but saying the word insane all the time. Do you think you're saying sane a lot? Oh, God. As much as I say, interesting. We should do it. Maybe insane. I say almost in a way like we're, we're dialoguing about somebody something and I want

to like emphasize the point and I'll be like, it's almost. Impossible. It's almost impossible. So I don't, adding the almost just pisses me off and then responding to you with this kind of long winded, well, well, I want to, I want to reach in and kind of smack myself like I did in the middle of the night in my bed. I just stuff like that that keeps coming up and I'll, because I'm the one listening to it, I like probably at a slower pace than you with a little more critical, critical year. And I'm like, fucking God. Go to a training, go to toast masters, get some alternate sayings. So that bothers me. I don't even notice that. That's interesting as I would say, but is this, but this is specific to the show or just like you just don't like the way you talk in general. It's probably both, but like if you're going to talk on something and have people listen to it, you know, very up the way you speak in a way that is slightly more entertaining.

Put some effort in is what I say to myself. And you just go back to the same stuff. You know, the fucking and the fucks, unless we're like, it's a parody, it annoys me. When we're injecting fuck, it's still annoying. But some of the phrasing I have to respond or to make my point, it tires me out. You've got to develop some skills. I don't, I think, I don't know if it's conscious or not. Maybe I'm wrong because I'm not really keeping track, but I feel like we curse way last now. Probably because it's, it's bunk, it's weak. It doesn't help get a point across sometimes, but not as much as we thought. Yeah, I don't know. I'm not worried about too much. I do know what I'm, like when I, when I'll come down here for a month and I'll go back and start doing stand up, I'm usually cursing way more on the first set, some other reentry because I'm probably like less prepared and maybe a little nervous. So maybe it's like a nervous reaction. But I never would not want to tell someone like, use only clean language, you know, like,

it should feel like a normal conversation. But if someone, I mean, in regular life, if someone's excessively cursing in a weird situation, it's kind of a, it's like kind of like awkward, you know, so it's probably like that. You're just like, I'm fucking AI like every second would be weird. I think we might have pulled that back, but it's because we're a little more comfortable now, whether we know it or not. Yeah. What do you think about still interjecting the sex stuff occasionally? We both do it. I'm not sure it's ever going away. We both do it. What do I do? Dude, you throw in trim and you throw in so much bullshit. You, you know, but you're doing like skits about it and everything. skits are, the skits sit on the periphery, man. In the meat of the conversation, you're interjecting sex stuff a lot. We both are. I don't think it's, I don't think that's an issue. I don't think it's going to go away either way. I think it's just something people have to suffer through. And and really honestly, if you're hanging out with your friends a lot of times, you're

making dumb and mature jokes like all the time. Yeah, but this is a part, this isn't hanging out with your friends. This is you and I are hanging out, but it's like, oh, yeah, that's kind of what I got back to though. What you originally set out was to be maybe like less of that shit. It doesn't bother me because I do see it as a conversation with a friend, which I think people are going to like it. I don't think anyone's like, man, if they were just a little more professional, that would be a good show. Maybe. I don't know. Almost dude, what I hate. Well, well, almost. Almost. Nice job. Good save, bro. I did well and almost you stopped short though. So I think I might have set out that way, but I have definitely not adhered to my own rules. I throw out more bullshit sometimes in you. It depends on the episode. Well, you'll get, I think you have a limit of seriousness. So you might go 10 or 15 minutes pretty deep and pretty, I don't know if opinion aids are right word, but you have like a strong idea on something and it could be real serious or

it could be something close to home and then it's almost like for relief, you'll be like, you'll throw something at me about my cock or whatever. Yeah, we'll be talking about the Supreme Court and then I'll ask you how's your mom's trim holding up at her age? Exactly. And that's just like a release for you. But I think that's great. I don't think there's any problem. Like it would be pretty funny if I was listening like NPR and the guy did that. I would be like, this is the greatest show I've ever heard of my life. If he was like, no, I'm just playing. Anyways, back to I ran, back to the Straits of Hormuz. Yeah, how is your mom's box holding up? Do you think? Don't answer that. Don't answer that. Almost. Well, off the, I think my, I don't dislike this, but I like, I could go, we could talk about that for like 10 minutes. No, not the mom thing, but just like the idea that you did that. It's something that probably everybody has they get like man at prostate issues and they

go see your all just and all the shit. And if you're talking about a lady in her 70 or 80s, it's probably like a fair question that no one's going to do ever. You're like, Lance, how your parents hold now? You're like, other fine. How about the badge? Pretty good. I know she's right. I know menopause was tough for her. How's she holding up? Yeah, no, it could be an interesting conversation, but not today. So a lot of that happens, a lot of useless absurdity. It's a some would say comedy. Do you get feet? Does anyone talk to you about the show? Yeah. Yeah. Nobody talks about the skits. They hate them all. I'm sure. But no one's ever like, what was that thing about? Does anyone ever get fooled? Like, whether they're serious or not. Do you get fooled? Is that get the sense you get fooled by what the nature of the skits are? They actually do have a serious point of view. It amuses me how much they don't affect me at all.

Like they're bizarre and crazy and they're in the middle of the show. And I'm just like, that's cool. Well, they're the beginning now. But yeah. Well, yeah, I'm just saying, I don't like, I'm never like, what the fuck is he doing? It just seems like a normal body show. It just makes it kind of makes me laugh. Yeah. If I saw the transcript of it, I'd be like, what the fuck? But just like in the show, it's just like, there it is. I'm in this phase where I actually want those things to be more useless and more pointless, like to not really have a joke in them just to be there. There's something about that that makes me laugh. It's to my core personality of wanting to torture people with senseless absurdity. But I'm purposely not trying to write punchlines that are that funny because I think it makes me laugh if somebody has to listen to that before the show. Well, I think the more, but the more like, they insert that kind of shit and all shows

like one way or another, but it might be like, oh, next on the news or like a clip from something. So more like sort of, I don't know, professionally done is the right word, but like the more it just kind of flows in normally, the funnier it is to me. Yeah. It's it's like, it just seems like a part of the show that fits in. So it's more, it's more ridiculous as like a thing that we put in there. I hope, I mean, I would love it if some people are like, that's what these guys are doing. Or like, I don't know. I hope people think it's a serious thing for you. Well, there's this wish I have that some subset of people who get exposed to this show go, gosh, these guys are fairly pathetic. These guys are really fairly pathetic. And it's kind of sad. I want those people to come to that conclusion. I don't want to be universally loved. And sometimes I should of fi the thing I'm doing for that reason.

That is potentially weird. That's what that's what I was talking about though. I mean, I was talking about a little bit like streaming. It's social media and marketing it, but it's the idea we keep saying we really don't want it anyone to like it or care if anyone likes it. It's like, why not? But do you have that compulsion though to make it more subpar than it might be if you just left it alone? Or do you just now, I don't want to make it more subpar. I just kind of wonder what are why we keep telling ourselves that we don't really care if anyone listens or likes it. Yeah. I'm saying I want to make it more shitty sometimes. And in a way that potentially keeps people from loving it too much. Is there any, is it, let's end with this. Is there any, is there any, like, is there any takeaway from the show? Like are you going to actively be like, I'm going to, I will not say almost no matter what, even if I have to, you know, or like, is there any takeaway from the show? I'm going to keep an eye on it, Matt.

I'm going to keep an eye on those things. That's about it. I'm going to, I just want, I mean, I need to do this in my standup too. But part of it's like, as you know, being unprepared for life, I'm going to just, even if, even if I have to stop in the middle of the sentence, if I'm rambling on, I'm just going to be like, I'm going to stop by here myself. You're going to have to catch, you're going to have to watch my cues and fill in like it's, and make it like a fluid flow. Yeah. What could I fill in with though? And if I'm like, yeah, it's just like that one time when, how's your mom's plus? There you go, dude. There. We're already better. I brought it back though, dude. I think we should do this periodically. I think we have. Yeah. But I think the idea, but we're walking away with no change. What we are, we're recognizing our faults and maybe concluding that who cares. I'm, like, I don't know, I just sort of think of it as our standard is like Wayne's world. It's just stupid, useless, a few people like watching it, Wayne's world, the skit, the

underlying skit, the cable access TV show. Yeah, but like, you know, it's sketch comedy or Saturday night live or like, does it have to have a point? Just literally to extract as many laughs as possible and a three minute thing or for us, entertain. I think I don't know if it's informed as much as possible. It's like, entertain is much possible for 45 minutes to an hour. Yeah. I'm not saying we want to be Wayne's world. The idea, the premise of the skit Wayne's world was two dumbasses on a cable access TV show. I just, you know, shooting the shit for a few locals. I don't know. Do you know the origin on that? Like, did one of them go? They were in some fucking town doing stand up and watch public access show. I've seen, have you ever seen public access shows like, like, low budget? I don't know if they still have that, but they're great. They're so shitty, right? They're so bad. I think we're a little step above just naturally because of all the talent, you know, but

that whole, that was it back then. That's like a peat like two idiots like us. It's like you might get that now everybody can do what we're doing. So they are. Right. I just like that sensibility. So I don't like the, the, the trying really hard. I don't like the path where we try really hard and call it polished or call it well thought out. I don't like that path at the moment. It's almost like if we try really hard, I'm going to be doing that all the time now. I never even noticed you did that, but I'm going to, I'm going to be messing out all the time. I'm going to do it all the time. I think some people criticize us though that like, ah, you guys are just trying to, you're just saying you don't care and whatever. And so that it's like a defense mechanism. I don't really think it is to be honest with you. I've thought about it, but I don't either. I care, but I don't care that much. And it's fun, but it's not my life. It's like not a, there's not a career ambition. And I think people would say good, you shouldn't have a career ambition with this thing. You're not worthy of it.

What's the straight woman's secret? It's time to let men know they need to understand it can't be ignored any longer. What's the straight woman's secret? It's never been told movies don't betray it. Magazines don't write about it. What's the straight woman's secret? It's not easy to hear. It's hard to believe. Men are in the dark. What's the straight woman's secret? Listen closely, men. It will change everything. The straight woman's secret. When I have sex with you, I have to deal with your stuff coming back out of me. I pile tissues or toilet paper in my underwear to catch it. Did you think your stuff just stays up there and somehow improves my vagina?

Maybe you think I actually need to pee every time after we do it because you rock me so hard. No, I'm in the bathroom putting toilet paper between my legs. Your stuff comes swishing back out of me for hours after we have sex. It happens when I walk, when I dance or do anything upright. It's just another thing I have to deal with because you say condoms don't feel as good. That's the straight woman's secret. Now you know.
