Professor of Social Ethics
Clemens Sedmak is a Professor of Social Ethics at the Keough School of Global Affairs at Notre Dame. He is also an Advisor in Catholic Social Tradition at the Center for Social Concerns. Dr. Sedmak has written extensively on topics such as Catholic social teaching, human rights, and global justice. He has taught at several universities and has held various positions in the Catholic Church. Dr. Sedmak is a native of Slovenia and holds a Ph.D. in Social Ethics from the University of Ljubljana. He is a member of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts and has written for several academic journals. Dr. Sedmak is currently a professor at Notre Dame and continues to teach and research on topics related to Catholic social teaching and global justice.
