Dame Claire Bertschinger

Dame Claire Bertschinger is a British nurse and humanitarian who has worked for the Red Cross in over a dozen countries. She has worked in some of the most challenging environments, including Sudan, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Afghanistan, Lebanon, and Liberia. Bertschinger has won numerous awards for her humanitarian work, including an OBE for services to nursing.
