Debbie Mucarsel-Powell

Debbie Mucarsel-Powell is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 26th congressional district. She is a member of the Democratic Party and has been a vocal advocate for immigration reform and other social issues. Before her election to Congress, Mucarsel-Powell worked as a lawyer and a community organizer. She is the first Latina to represent Florida's 26th congressional district.
