Jon Hillerbrand

Jon Hillerbrand is a Holocaust survivor and musician. He was a member of the orchestra at Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp during World War II. After the war, Hillerbrand struggled to come to terms with his experiences and found solace in music. He has since become an advocate for the preservation of Holocaust history and the importance of music in healing and remembrance.
