Joseph Vacher

Joseph Vacher was a French serial killer who is considered one of the first serial killers in history. He was born on October 8, 1866, in Saint-Pierre, France. Vacher's early life is marked by poverty and instability. He worked as a butcher and later became a serial killer, killing at least 11 people between 1892 and 1898. Vacher was arrested in 1898 and executed by guillotine.
