Marc Baer

Marc Baer is a historian and professor at New York University. He has written extensively on the history of the Ottoman Empire and its relations with Europe. Baer has taught at several universities and has been a fellow at the American Academy in Rome. He is currently a professor of history at New York University. Baer has written several books on the Ottoman Empire, including "Legacies of Empire: The Ottoman-Greek Border in the Early Modern Era" and "The Ottoman Empire and the World Around It".
