Zoran Arkan was a Serbian paramilitary leader and politician. He was a key figure in the Yugoslav Wars and was known for his involvement in various paramilitary groups. Arkan was also a prominent figure in Serbian politics and was a member of the Serbian Radical Party. He was assassinated in 2000.
