A recent controversy about the crowd at a University of Texas football game has revealed that Republican leaders and conservative media figures are incoherent on issues of immigration, assimilation, and national identity. They welcome politically useful groups while condemning the people who built this nation or who may risk their foreign allegiances.

All right, we're back for another one of these reactions.

These kind of longer breakdowns, and so far I've been primarily concerned with, 5.2 stories that are kind of the same story. The woke right, so called, and then of course the war in Iran. And this is something a little more, a little more immediately relevant, and has to do with, well, immigration and a particular type of immigration, the GOP, the conservative establishment, well has no problem, actually thinks is a pretty good idea. The inciting incident seemed simple enough. Bo-French, who's running to be the railroad commissioner in Texas, apparently a mutual of mine on Twitter for what that's worth, posted a photo from the recent UT football win of the crowds of the student section, where you see, at least in this one image, predominantly men of

Indian extraction, people from the subcontinent. Mr. French says, like body cams exposed criminals and social media is exposing how many Americans have been displaced by foreigners, it's everywhere, and far worse than the US could have imagined. Again, drawing emphasis to this photo, using it to prove his point. Innocent enough, something that the nominal right in America should be okay with, but this produced an absolute fire store, an absolute sort of lunatic scrum. This first response by one John Rosenthal, who is running against him, of course, he says, I spent 25 years as an oil and gas engineer. Bo-French spent Sunday morning sorting out student section by skin color. Greg Abbott said Bo-French would wreck our oil and gas industry, a man who can't tell a longhorn from a foreigner has no big business regulating anything in Texas.

The idea, of course, that, well, these kids are just as American as you and I are, right? They belong in America? They've been accepted to the school, so they're, by default, Americans. They're on the, well, magic dirt, the university campus that transmutes them into Americans. Now, there are other reactions, of course. Here's one from Congressman, I cannot pronounce that, and he loses it. So he is a Democrat, of course, he's quite likely to oppose French on those grounds, but, you know, let's see what he has to say. Bo, you don't know America. Your xenophobic hate towards South Asian students, South Asian, interesting use of that term, is disgraceful and part of a broader rise in attacks targeting South Asian Americans across the country. These young people were cheering for their university and you chose to demonize them, they solely on how they look. The South Asian Americans are as

American as anyone, and this kind of hatred has no place in our politics or our country. So this guy whose name I cannot pronounce is a Congressman. So I thought, you know, well, let's see what his political ads are like. Let's see what we can glean from, well, what he puts out there, what he promotes. Here's an ad from our Congressman. Maybe we'll get a clue on how to pronounce his name. Donald Trump has weaponized ICE against our cities and our people. So, all right, there's certainly a partisan interest, but I want you to pay extra close attention to see if you can figure out why this Congressman, this elected official, is so upset about ICE. I need to, it's a big puzzle. I'm sure maybe if you put your head down, you can figure it out. Torn apart families, terrorize neighborhoods. I'm an immigrant myself. So, oh, there it is. Okay. So yeah, you view yourself as, well, self-described is continuous with the people

being arrested by ICE. Seemingly, this person, this Congressman, feels more in common with them, then, well, legitimate citizens, the pre-existing population of this nation. Now, when you say it like that, that sure sounds a lot like, well, something the nasty far right would say. These horrible people who don't understand America, who don't understand that, well, Rajah, he's more American than you where I are. He gets it more than you do. He sees him as being part of that block, not your block. Oh, so this is personal. That's why I've demanded Trump's ICE be abolished. I'm Rajak Krishnamorthi and I approve this message. I fight Trump every day and I'm the only candidate with a real plan to hold him accountable. We can either roll over or we can fight. I say we fight. How about today? Rajak for Senate. Okay. So that's his take on it. He was certainly not the only one. In fact,

if you are an eagle-eyed viewer, may look at that, John Rosenthal figure, and figure out that there's actually two distinct groups here operating that are really incensed by this. We'll get into exactly why that may be. Now, look, there were garden variety stupid conservatives. Don't get me wrong. We will get to those. But for those with eyes to see, there's a through line. So council will in a vernicov. I don't know if I can say that. That one, her last name might get me hit. It sounds similar to something else, but you know what? This elected councilwoman. What does she have to say? The Republican Party and Republican voters across the country must reject the woe right racist like this bigot. So you remember, of course, how many episodes I've done on the woe right? That term is going to become much more popular. We're already seeing it becoming

more popular. And it exists too, well, quash arguments like this. The America is for identifiably American people. Of course, just a note, there's more to this. We'll get into it. When we talk about issues of immigration, the focus is one, illegal immigration and two, ideology. You don't belong in America. If you're here illegally, you should not be here. If you hate our country and our values. This is propositional nation stuff. The idea that anyone can become America. There's nothing really different between any group of people, one way or the other. It's simply that they have to consciously ascent to what we say here. Ascent to that proposition. And they can become America. And if they're doing so legally, if they think American thoughts, however, that can be defined, well, then they're just there more, in fact, American. Now, we can speculate as to why this councilwoman with a difficult to pronounce last name might be of that opinion.

I think you're probably right in that speculation. But of course, look at the fact that the woe right is being set up in opposition to that. You're woe right. You're just as bad as the SJW's if you don't get. This country is for everyone. But there's nothing particularly special about who you are or where you're from. Anyone can have just the same case for being an heir to America as you are. Now, if you look at her profile, her description of herself, what do you see? Majority web of New York City Council, 48th District Republican, co-chair of NYC's bipartisan tax force to combat anti-Semitism. That's interesting. That's a unique detail. Wasn't necessarily expecting that. So let's carry on. What else did people have to say?

This is just a guy. It seems to be a Mexican guy. He has Loraza in his profile. I'm not quite sure what that translates to. I don't speak Spanish. I can't speculate on it. We have made racism so normalized that shit like this is okay. There's people applauding it and encouraging it. How about let Americans get a better education and they won't let foreigners take their spot at university because they're smarter. Texas ranked 32nd in K through 12th by the way. That's it. You're just too you're just too upset. You're a mediocre white man. Now, of course, if you've done the research, if you've looked at the hacks, illegal, but nonetheless, interesting information coming out from universities about admissions, you would realize that no, you actually have to be smarter. This week at Vons and Albertsons, USDA Choice Tri-Tip Rose untrimmed are 599 per pound. Limit 4

roasts with membership were applicable and medium-ripe Hassovacados are 99 cents each with membership were applicable. Plus Kellogg cereals 8.8 to 16.1 ounces, selected varieties or peppered farm gold fish 5.9 to 8 ounces are 190.9 each when you buy three. Limit 3 offers with membership were applicable. Visit vons or Albertsons.com for more deals and ways to save. Proportionally, if you were from the legacy populations country, particularly if you were male, to get into college, you get nerfed. It's harder for you. Well, it doesn't quite seem like a absolutely mediocre population who needs to get educated, get a better education. From these smarter foreigners, I mean, you know, what do I know? I guess I'm responding to a parody account on Twitter with Laraza in the hand. Also, that one's kind of on me, I guess, but you know, at least representative of the ideas you see. Let's carry on because there are more

of course reactions to this. Mark Mitchell, previous guest on the show, we sprout up something kind of interesting. We'll get into this. India is aggressively emulating. Israel's diaspora politics and influence over US politicians. Keep that in mind. Imagine 10 or 20 years in the future since there are 1.5 billion more of them and they have de facto sabotage control over most of our Fortune 500. Seems relevant. Right, what are the specific examples of this sort of large block of diaspora politics? Well, here's one. This is a chart, of course, from an Indian source talking about remittances. Right, how much is coming back to India? And well, for financial year 2025, it was 135 billion dollars. That's a lot of money. That's not earnings, of course, that's just what being sent home. But nonetheless, of course, group of people paying 135.5 before

being specific billion dollars a year back to their home country. Well, I'd like to be honest, more American than you are. Now, I know you might not have anywhere to send money to. You're from here. This is, well, what you are, but you just don't get it, of course. You're, well, ignorant. You need to get a better education. Then you'd understand, of course, that by accepting that proposition, by standing on the magic dirt, by going to a college football game, they're more American than you are. Now, look, I couldn't do one of these without talking about Joel Barry, who I've mentioned, obliquely a couple times, because Joel Barry, of course, was completely and totally incensed. Just absolutely. I rate about this. What does he have to say? If Americans do become completely demographically replaced by hostile foreigners, we'll have the will great to thank for it. Petsulent, emotional, no-nothing children, poisoning the well for good faith, discussion on limiting immigration, no ability to strategically

craft a message or persuade normal people. A perpetual freak show of Machiavellian psychopaths was no self-regulation or social skills, raised on memes and weirdo esoteric philosophers, a pathetic little sewing circle of John Dost, Nietzscheans, who no one likes in the real world. One side of these mutants and the normies run to the left out of sheer disgust, an oozing boil, an armpit of the American right, of no use except as a useful foil for communists, and it's so sad, because weak do nothing Republicans brought this on, and now we're being treated to weakness of a different sort, a cesspool of hateful reactionaries who will accomplish nothing, except to accelerate the collapse of the right. Now, one might look at that and notice the prevalence of m-dashes and come to some sort of conclusion about how that message was composed, but you're already seeing this being set up. Now, we, people in power, with friends in power, well, we're not really responsible. The two people we can blame are either those bad weak right-wingers from forever ago that happened to say the same things as I do, but they're,

yeah, they're long gone. We can't hold them responsible. It's really the woke right. It's your fault for caring about this so much that you turned off all normal people. Now, you might say, well, if we look at current polling data on what is driving people to the left, we might say it's economic concerns or frustration with corruption, or just unease generally it seemingly controlled foreign government, something like that. Now, you might say that, but you'd be wrong. Which really the problem is that you and I care too much, and we've said things in a way that aren't nice enough. That Joel Barry doesn't think is appropriate, and so really that's the big problem. Now, the problem is not, of course, the Republican Party is completely and totally compromised by both India, well, and other interests. That's not the problem. It's not the problem that Texas has been ruby-read for longer than I've been alive, and they have brought this upon

themselves. No, no, no. The problem is you. The problem is you for caring. And look, I'm always up in the air as to what degree these are genuinely held positions. If these guys are just that dumb, because I don't really know what their plan is. Seemingly, they're going to lose in the next election, and they're going to blame us, okay? But who will that convince? No one under 40 buys this, at least according to the data, not many people under 55 do either. And so where are they left? Preaching to a vanishingly small pool of donors and retirees, I mean, apparently, apparently that's what they're fighting for for control over that kingdom of dust as it were. Well, look, there are other people, of course, who have opinions on this. For instance, one John Podhoritz, a sort of excrucable man, a guy I really don't like, what does he have to say?

The reason Bo-French doesn't like Indian Americans is that they are better than he is, and every possible fucking way. Wow, they're just better than us, I guess we're too stupid, I guess we need, well, to get an education. I guess that explains it. John Podhoritz said that. Well, what else does John Podhoritz say? So here's another post from John Podhoritz, and look, I recommend his social media is incredibly entertaining. This man is a lunatic, but contrast the moral language from that post to another one from, well, turns out, the exact same deck. Apparently, there's no recognition of his blatant hypocrisy of the different moral language he uses when talking about another group, the group that is, I don't know, the majority population of this nation, and how he talks about his own, or perceived threats to his own. So this is, again,

since, well, yep, nope, that's barely hours after the last one. So the initial post from a man Mahmoud Khalil. Today, I am filing a lawsuit against Columbia University and SP SIPA Dean Karen Yari Milo for their gross and systematic discrimination against Palestinian students at Columbia. I'm joined in this action by my friends at the Palestinian working blah blah blah blah, the post is cut off. So this guy is filing a lawsuit saying his group is being discriminated against. Now, you might say, well, why are there Palestinians at Columbia? Very reasonable position, but that is of course not one that, you know, John Potter Works would seem to hold, apparently, well, Indians are better than American white people. So, well, how does he treat Palestinians? Right, what does this take on that seemingly? This should be, well, consistent, a belief that he applies. Well, here's what he says, get the fuck out of my country, you litigious Islamist,

fifth column, catamite punk. Again, I said John Potter Works was entertaining, you have to give him that, but contrast that, that vitriol, that foul language, how he treats Beau French, a man who says this college, this photo of a game doesn't seem to be American, it's been replaced with someone else. Well, he says those people are better than Beau French, and then when it comes to a group he doesn't like, a group that he uses a threat, well, what does he do? He loses it, and it turns out, by the way, he wasn't the only one. This week at Vons and Albertsons, USDA choice tri-tip roast untrimmed are 599 per pound, limit four roasts with membership were applicable, and medium-ripe hassovacados are 99 cents each, with membership were applicable. to save. Here's a clip from one of my favorites, a real luminary, in the conservative media, but what did one Ben Shapiro have to say? Our conservatives supposed to be upset that people from different ethnic backgrounds enjoy college football. A viral photo of like, I don't know, 30 brown students from the stands of this weekend's UT Ohio game, when viral when a random low-level local GOP candidate said, kind of gross things about their skin color. These are not people who are there flying the Mexican flag or the Palestinian flag or protesting for Gaza. The only, by the way, those are interesting and choice of examples. Here's like, yeah, it's not people who rip the Palestinian flag or I guess Mexico or really care about Palestine. Come on, man. You realize that we don't live in Israel. You're supposed to church it up a little bit, but that's the kind of dismissive attitude he has. The only evidence we have about the belief system of these people is that they are putting up the Texas hookham horns for a football team in Texas. That's literally

the only thing we know about them is that they are Texas football fans. So if they had the values if we could see into their brains, say, well, what they think, then we could know if they were Americans or not. Up just out of curiosity, let's run that same John Pajoritz test. Let's see how Ben deals with another group of people. Islam is not compatible with the West. You have to say that because virtually nobody in a position of authority will say anything we're motley-like about these days. There was never an Islamic Reformation, like there was a Protestant Reformation. No institution within the Islamic world offered any form of moderation, the way the Vatican II shaped Catholicism, or centuries of rabbinic interpretation shaped Judaism. There's a reason that nobody ducks when someone shouts, Barakh Hashem or Christ is king. But if you're in a crowded place and someone shouts, Al-Hu Akbar, the reaction is a little different. The proper response to Islam's incompatibility with the West is for America to defend herself, our borders are laws, and Western civilization more broadly. We ought to badmast migration from Muslim majority countries. If you go to a mosque that

promotes terrorism, we should deport you. By the way, if you're a communist or Nazi, we should also deport you. Okay, so if you're a Nazi, you ought to be deported. Apparently Islam is a religion uniquely incompatible with the West. Now look, I have no great allegiance to Islam. I'm not actually a very big fan of it, but you know, okay, so there are some religions, some values, some beliefs that are incompatible with America. Well, what might those be? I don't know, I literally just pulled this off getting images, but you're just a statue, 96 feet tall in Houston, Texas, of a monkey god. Now look, America is and from its beginning was a Christian nation, that doesn't mean everyone here was Christian, but do you think that the people who drew up this country did it so that there could be a nearly 100 foot tall statue of a monkey demon? Did Sam

Houston have a special affiliation for Haramon? Is that why? No, I don't think so. Ben clearly doesn't think so. The difference is, well, how he defines who is his in-group and who is his out-group? Who counts and who doesn't? Who needs to be pushed out? And clearly, the Texas GOP has no problems with, well, the rising influence of that Indian diaspora of those billions of dollars flowing in to their state. For instance, look at this post from Greg Abbott, now it says five hours ago it was actually a little bit longer than that, but what does Greg Abbott, the wheelchaired governor, have to say. Texas and India share a strong bond as economic leaders on the world stage. Today, minister of commerce and trade, Piyush Goyal, and I am meant to discuss the ways we continue

to expand our economic partnership. Together we'll forge an even brighter future for both Texas and India. Now on its face, right? Doesn't seem to be a problem? Digging Terry's me, whatever. But go back to that statue, right? What's actually happening? Well, seemingly, there are a large number of people moving to Texas, moving to other places. Who are, well, let's be honest, not assimilate. Who do not view themselves as Texans, they view themselves as Indians? They send their money back home. They wield their weight in politics for the benefit of, well, India and, well, Indians. What's sure is their right, I think that's how all people should conduct politics, but the idea that those people in aggregate are, well, more American than you or I are, I'm sorry, that just doesn't add up. That is not the case. I don't have anywhere else to go.

This is where I am from. If it were ruined, there would be nowhere else for me. Well, seemingly, the guys with the monkey god, well, they do have somewhere else to go. They have somewhere to send $135.5 billion, which is a lot of money. I say this as a quant, of course. Now this is not the only instance of collaboration. Greg Abbott, 2024, actually went to India. A number of, you can be honest, kind of comedic photos. Another great day at New Delhi. For meeting with government leaders to connecting with the next generation of Indian business leaders, this mission has helped foster even stronger ties between India and Texas. So seemingly, these ties result in the stands at UT football game being, well, almost unrecognizable, giant monkey god statues, other examples of Indian diaspora throwing their weight around. But this isn't quite answered the question. Why do Shapiro, Pod Horits, and that random lady on the

NYC council, why do they feel so strongly about this? What is the connection? If seemingly, it doesn't make a lot of sense to me, these seem to be almost unrelated. I don't know. I can't really think of any relationship between the two nations. Let's go to a baby eating war criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu. Who's coming here next week? Narendra Modi, tremendous alliance between Israel and India. And we are going to discuss all sorts of cooperation. Now, India is not a small country. It has 1.5 billion people. India, India, Israel is enormously popular. enormously popular. Did you know that? Yeah, you do. Good. I'm glad you know it.

But I want all of you to know it. And there are other countries that are coming to us, one after the other. Okay. So, well, he at least sees there to be some sort of advantage, we're very popular there. Let's go forward to that meeting. That sort of melding of minds, if you will. Seems relevant. All right, that seems like something we should have more context on. So what does Modi have to say? India. Spans for Israel, firmly with full conviction in this moment and beyond. Okay. So, apparently for Ben Shapiro John Pajoritz and that woman whose name I cannot remember,

well, there is a difference. India stands with us. And so will we will stand with Indians. They're in our interest and so they're more American than anyone else. Now, those Palestinians, those Muslims, who you know, I don't particularly enjoy their presence either, we got to get rid of them. We got to deport them. If you're a Nazi, you're a communist, you don't belong here. Now, of course, we understand that Nazi, you heard it in earlier comments, could apply to, well, practically anyone, someone who has no real relationship with national socialism, but is on the woke right, woke right, so called, might even oppose Indian immigration. Well, they're a Nazi. And I guess we're supposed to deport Nazis. So really, you shouldn't even be in this country. You're stupid, you're mediocre. Ben Shapiro said, I don't give a damn about the browning of America. And apparently he meant it. He doesn't, unless it's the wrong kind of brown people, unless it's a kind of brown person, he assumes is a threat to him or his interest.

Now, we've heard those words from Prime Minister Modi. What does the baby ear have to say? In a world where anti-Semitism is rising, India stands out. A civilization where Jews were never persecuted by the state, only welcomed. We don't forget that too. Thank you, India. Okay, so we've got a long memory. We're airing out, civilization grievances, apparently. And well, India never persecuted Jews. I don't know. Is that why I guess we're just going back to that? We're just going back to thousands of years of memory. I mean, if that's the field on which we're playing, that would lead us to some interesting places. Now, of course, this is not simply hypothetical. Indian influence in American politics. It's not simply in the stands at UT Austin. There are prominent members of the Republican Party. Now, we've already mentioned, of course, Rajak Krishnamorethi

who is running, I think, to replace Dick Durban of Illinois. But you have, well, what's her name? Harmi Dillon. Right? Prominent. What's her name? What is her position? US Attorney, I believe. Okay. All right. So here is VVex Warts. The reason tech companies often hire foreign-born and first generation engineers over quote, native Americans isn't because of an innate American IQ difference. Lazy and wrong explanation. A key part of it comes down to the seawork. Culture. Tough questions and tough answers. And if we're really true serious about fixing the problem, we have to confront the truth. Our American culture has venerated mediocrity over excellence for way too long. At least since the 90s and likely longer. That doesn't start in college. It starts young. A culture that celebrates the prom queen over the math Olympiad, champ, or the jock over the valedictorian will not produce the best engineers. A culture that venerates quarry from boymeats, world, or zack and slater over screech and saved by the bell or Stephen, Stefan, excuse me, over Steve Irkall and family matters will not produce the best engineers. Fact, I know multiple

sets of immigrant parents in the 90s who actively limited how much their kids could watch these TV shows precisely because they promoted mediocrity and their kids went on to become wildly successful STEM graduates. More movies like Whiplash, fewer reruns of friends, more math tutoring, fewer sleepovers, more weekend science competitions, fewer Saturday morning cartoons, more books, less TV, more creating, less quote, chillin, more extracurriculars, less hanging out at the mall. Most normal American parents look skeptically at those kind of parents. More normal American kids view such, those kind of kids with score. If you grew up aspiring to normalcy, normalcy is what you will achieve. Now close your eyes and visualize which families you knew in the 90s or even now, who raised their kids according to one model versus the other, be brutally honest. Normalcy doesn't cut it in a hyper competitive global market for tech talent and if we pretend it does, we'll have our asses hand to us by China. This can be our spotnik moment. We've awakened from

slumber before and we can do it again. Trump's election hopefully marks the beginning of a new golden era of America, but only if our culture wakes up. A culture that once again prioritizes achievement over normalcy, excellence over mediocrity, nerdiness over comfort, and hard work over laziness. That's the work we have cut out for us. Rather than wallowing in victimhood and just wishing or legislating alternative hiring practice into existence, I'm confident we can do it. So yeah, this is a candidate for the governor I believe of Ohio and he says, well, look, it's a hyper competitive global market. You're just one strip wall in the great housing development of the world. So stop being normal. Oh, you wanted to live an American life. You wanted to have your kids have lives. Well, that doesn't cut it anymore. You're competing against everyone. So act like pull yourself up by your bootstraps. I get to tell you what it is to be an American.

By the way, this post posted a day after Christmas, 2024, one, how's that golden age feeling and two? Right? How laughable is that this is what the GOP is turning out and then they have the nerve to say, well, you and I are the reason why they're unpopular. The message of you are part of a global competition, so no more sleepovers. Why is it your kid up all night grinding? Maybe then they'll be less mediocre. Maybe then they won't be inferior to all those Indians as said by John Podhoritz. Maybe that you'll have a chance at the same type of life your parents did. And guess what? If you are normal, well, sorry, it's too late for you, we brought in people who want it more. It's an international competition. And China is going to kick our ass. Now, a bright person may ask, well, if this is such a great asset, you know, if we're in this life where that struggle with China, well, are is China?

Did they have their own H1B program? Are they importing tens of thousands of Indian engineers and doctors? I don't think so. It seems to be relevant. Well, guess what? It turns out there's some cross over here. Joel Barry, for example, he has some thoughts on VVAC. So this is from the 21st of December, 2025, about a year after the infamous Christmas crash out. It's funny that VVAC is out here preaching old school, normy American, e pluribus unum values while the white heritage America pros, that's us, are calling for an India style caste system based on hereditary. Ha, got up. You're the real bravin. Well, I don't know. Let's pull up some clips from VVAC. What's what he has to say? I believe in being consistent about my policies where... So your father is not a citizen of the United States. He's up. Okay. Oh, okay. So it turns out just like our previous

Indian elected official, Rajak Krishnamarthi... Well, the parents are from here either. You showed up. We'll get more details on that, of course, but well, what gives you the right? How are you an authority on what it is to be an American? One, look at the insane lifts on those shoes. Leave that for another time. But I don't know. That seems irrelevant. That seems like a matter of concern. That seems a reason that... Well, VVAC isn't particularly popular, or even in a state, Trump won handily. Well, what else does he have to say about his background? And your mother... When did your mom take the citizenship test? Was it before or after you were born? After I was born. After you were born. Okay. Well, so it turns out, VVAC, you're an anchor, baby. And are we just letting people come here have a kid and that kid gets to be the governor of Ohio,

simply by virtue of being born here? I guess. Apparently, that's how you get giant monkey gods, stuff like that. You know, the connection between certain other influential powers certainly doesn't help. We got to understand for people like that, for people like John, this isn't a problem. Because this doesn't affect them. This country isn't really a country for them in the same way it is for you and me. We're heritage American bro losers. We've got to understand that VVAC gets this country more than we do. Sure, he was here as far as an anchor baby scheme. But it's more his than hours. He has the piece of paper, of course. After years of being in this following the legal process of becoming a naturalized citizen, she followed it through the legal process. So you gain citizenship through birthright then? Well, you gain citizenship. Oh, okay. Yeah, I wonder why that didn't go through.

Wonder why that wasn't fought super hard? Well, it turns out the GOP is just as if not more guilty of this sort of immigration politics as the Democrats are. They've just picked different groups. There are certain groups of non-Americans they deem to be threatening, predominantly Muslims and Pakistanis, and others they don't. Now look, that opposition doesn't mean that they will stop importing them. Of course, that would be un-American, but it does mean that they'll run although cage. They might get them kicked out of, well, Ivy League institutions. The same Ivy League institutions that are nearly locked out, that nearly locked out, the heritage population of this nation. The people who built and paid for those institutions. Now those people are mediocre. Now, seemingly they weren't mediocre when they created the country. They weren't mediocre when they created the tech companies. They weren't mediocre when they, I don't know, sent someone to the moon, but now they are, largely because of 90 sitcoms, apparently. And if they had just pulled themself up by their bootstraps, pay no attention, of course, to the preferential hiring,

to the preferential college admissions, to the massive amount of direct money that our colleges and universities get from non-American students, because they can charge them much, much more. Well, those are inconsequential. Now, pull yourself up by your bootstraps. You're in a global competition act like it. Right? Why are you so entitled? What do you feel like you get to have this country just because you were born here? Now, apparently, of course, the medical informants, everyone has birthright citizenship. So really, he's, so do you, so do I. We can qualify to what degree that's true, but let's not incoke. The internship through birthright citizenship in that sense, too. Right. I mean, every American, so what I want to do is revive a vision of citizenship, where every kid who enjoys, just just a backtrack. So your father is not a citizen. You're a mother. They came to this country legally. I mean, look, I don't pretend to know anything about the woman he's talking to. I probably wouldn't like her very much, but you know, I guess that seems like a relevant objection.

So I mentioned, of course, Harmie Dylan, speaking at the RNC, turns out I was wrong. I thought she was Hindu. She's actually Sikh. There's a difference. Now, I understand there actually is. I'm not just saying that in a sarcastic voice. But let's play this clip. Curious to get your thoughts on it. Woman, Harmie Dylan. Thank you, everyone. These last 48 hours have been some of the most intense, yet most prayerful of our lives. The heinous attack on President Trump and his supporters made all of us pause and seek answers and comfort. I come from a family of Sikh immigrants. I am honored to share with you my fellow Republicans and guests tonight, a prayer from my faith tradition, practiced by over 25 million worldwide. We recite the Ardhas prayer before any new endeavor, giving thanks to God and asking for His protection and help to uphold the values of humility,

truth, courage, service, and justice for all. To show respect, we cover our heads when we pray. Oh, Pindas, I'm a Tarih Ras. You're a mother. There's no getting out of it, but look across the crowd. All of these good Christian constitutional conservatives standing on, standing by, this is seemingly just as American, as the monkey Hindu God, as Vivek Ramishwami, as John Pod Horits, as the kids at UT, they're all just as American as you are. This is what the founding fathers meant, of course. This is what they want. This is exactly what they had in mind. A woman from a faith that I'll admit I don't understand a goddamn thing about. I have a hard time comprehending, it's not my faith or really anyone I've had relate any sort of interaction with in my entire life. But this is coming from the nominal conservative, the nominal right wing party in America. At I don't know, the Republican national convention, where they all get together, they say the things that they believe in. And this is what they believe.

Maybe not literally the God of Sikhism, again a religion I know nothing about and will not research. But they're signing onto this. They're saying, yep, this is how we are going to close this out. This is representative of our voters. And soon it may well be. Soon this may be just as normal as a prayer to Jesus Christ. I mean, we have a 92 foot, 96 foot, I think, Stahl statue in Houston, Texas. And who are you to say anything about it? What are you? Do you believe there's anything intrinsic to being an American? There's any sort of connection to this country? No, no, no, this is a propositional nation. Where if you believe certain things, if you believe that this country is a strip mall, if you believe that this country is an economic zone where people are supposed to act freely, make themselves rich and send that money back home. Well, if you don't believe that, you're not American, we should deport you. We should kick you out.

That's what we really have to be worried about is the woke right. Now what would happen, of course, according to Joel Barry, if some sort of group did take over America? Well, we'd probably start to see cultural changes. Change in who we saw in public, change in what religious symbols we saw. Settle it first, but then dramatic. As outlandistic sounds, maybe a nearly 100-foot tall, gold-plated statue of a monkey demon, you know, something like that, or maybe even at a political conference you'd start to see. There were prayers that were taking the place of your prayers. Of your people's prayers, your faith traditions prayers. Something like that, hypothetically, of course.

What is the Republican Party? This is the Republican Party. Right? Octodinarians and American flags listening to a Sikh woman pray. That's America, baby. That's your right wing. Concert, as we even took off our hats. It's really important, we respect this, this beautiful symbol of religious devotion. Now, I try not to insult the religious preferences of others. And if this were taking place in, I don't know, I can't remember, is it Kashmir province where all the Sikhs are from? Then fair enough. Doesn't concern me. Might be interesting in an anthropological sense, but this is the Republican National Convention in America. This is one of the two major ruling factions, and I think one we can already write off, seemingly explicit enemies of Christ and His Church. But this is supposed to be the place for people like me. The place for, well, normal Americans who care about their country,

who care about their religion, and they want to see that enacted in politics. And what do they see when they're there? Do they see a reflection of their politics, their faith? No, they see this. By the way, we're like just over halfway through this. I know I said I would play all of it, and I will. I'm getting uncomfortable. This feels weird. At this point, the other interjections were relevant. They were real political analysis. This is what I'm just going to give myself time to give back to baseline. This isn't just weird. This is just an uncomfortable religious event. See what you will about most Christian prayers. I mean, really, the weirdest ones you've got is like the Greeks. At least that's in Greek, fair enough. We do have some chanting, I guess. You wouldn't really change the context like this. But most, you know, Christian prayers, like

you got something. Does anyone in this room, other than Harmeet Dylan, have any idea what's going on? Like I just think that's weird. It's sort of an uncomfortable occurrence. But whatever. Dear Waheguru, our one true God, we thank you for creating America as a unique haven on this Earth where all people are free to worship according to their faith. Okay, so now she's giving us an alternate version in English, of course. We're praying to Waheguru. I think we'll go with that pronunciation. Again, I refuse to learn how to pronounce it correctly. So we're going with that right off-ripp. That's a foreign God. That God isn't real. It's referenced nowhere in all the founding documents. If you tried to explain to someone, let's say even 20 years ago, what in the world that was, they would be very confused. And you could understand it again if this was coming from the left, a party who's built

its coalition off of, well, the fringes. Why is it here? Why is it at the GOP? Why is it at the party, for normal Americans? Well, the answer is that's not what it is. That's not what that party is here for. That party is here to sell out this country. That party is here to facilitate that replacement, but just wants to share the, they get money. They get a good deal off of it. Because this doesn't matter. This is completely inconsequential. So what it means to be an American. What matters is your ideas, your affirmative consent, and you might say, well, you believe in a different religion that seemingly would indicate a different set of cultural assumptions. No, no, no. Religion doesn't matter unless it is law, and then it really does, of course, perhaps for geopolitical reasons, but no, no, no. What matters is your abstract political ideology. You can take a course in it, like the ex-parents, and be just as American if not more than I will. This propositional nation is absurd. One of the interesting things that's come out of this discussion around the propositional

nation is comments from Joel Barry, where he is affirming that Israel is a propositional nation, too. It's exactly the same as America. You might say, I don't think that's true. I think that it is a state for a identifiable people that you can take a genetic test and go. That is how you were considered part of it. It's in fact non-ideological. It's non-religious. There are plenty of atheists there. And he's stupid. He's more on, he doesn't know what he's talking about. But, you know, he does at least try to argue that. So what's the conclusion here? GOP delinda asked, these people have to be destroyed. Because if you don't, if they went, what are you going to get? You're going to get this. You're going to get this. Yes. Functionally, they have no problem, like Ben Shapiro with the Browning of America, with our

country's population being replaced, swapped out for another one. That's inconsequential. What matters is, can they make money? Does the strip mall keep running and does it threaten Israel? That's what it comes down to. In this Indian diaspora, the billions in remittances, the political pressure, they're able to wield the replacement of Americans in tech and in certain in certain academic institutions. Well, that doesn't threaten either one of those. That's a problem for you. It's not a problem for them. They don't care. They don't give a damn. And what will they say? Not only will they admit they don't give a damn, they will say they're better than you. You're being replaced with your betters. You're being replaced with the kids who weren't accustomed to an American life. And because they weren't, they will work harder. They're smarter than you. So pull yourself up by your bootstraps. You mediocre, disgusting, chod.

And if that message doesn't go well, the GOP is crushed at the polls. Well, guess what? That's your fault too. It really seems like in all these interactions, the conclusion is they're perfect and you're at fault. Wonder where that attitude came from. A little bit shorter than the other breakdowns. Also a little bit more scatter shot. I hope you guys enjoyed it. We back with a normal episode soon. I promise. Of course, if you want the episodes early and add free, you have to throw me a few bucks. Patreon, substack, or gumroad. Thank you and get out.
