Many people believe buying a home requires a large down payment and years of saving, but that's not always the case. Across the country, there are programs designed to help first-time home buyers take the next step toward home ownership. Some of these programs offer down payment assistance or grant funding that may help cover part of the upfront cost of purchasing a home. Grants are especially helpful because they generally do not have to be repaid. There are also organizations that provide home buyer education, financial counseling, and guidance to help individuals understand the home buying process before they begin. The goal is simple. To help more families become informed and prepared for home ownership, if owning a home is something you've been thinking about, start by visiting tools for homeownership.com. This message is brought to you by the National Foundation for Credit Counseling's Paving the Way Forward Initiative. It is the DLU, we show you a 20-26 edition.

Hey, listen. If you're going to be in Columbus, Ohio this Friday and Saturday, I will Friday I'll be at the first shot auditorium in Columbus, Ohio, the following day at the TAF Theatre in Cincinnati, Ohio. I'm going to give you a heads up right now, okay? My cousin is coming to see you in Columbus. Be nice to her. She gives you a gift, no matter how strange it looks. Please make sure I get it. No, I made sure. No, she didn't give me the last one. She gave it to the other one. She said I made you a nice necklace and you never got it. I was like, yeah, I'm sure we took it. I'm sure you did. We sure we took it. And probably put it in the trash can. So terrible. But thank you. I had nothing to do. I don't know what happened to it. I got to be honest with you. I don't know what happened to it. Look at you looking all snazzy. Yeah, you're not. Where you been? I had to do the gender for her. And she's really beautiful. Yeah, I like her. I don't know when it all air. But it was too remote. Did you dance down the hallway? Not at all. You did dance. Come on. I don't understand. I don't understand. I don't understand why it is.

I say I'm not going to do something. I don't do it. And people think that people are shocked by it. Not even a bunny. Oh, my god. I walked out and said hi. Woo. Woo. Boo. Boo. I'm way too old to hear pressure. My peer pressure is like, yeah. My peers and then blue play the special. They get it. You look nice just as an actor. I appreciate that. I was watching something. I forgot what it was the other night. Do you know where Starbucks came from? Starbucks came from? I don't. You don't know where the, you don't know. Seattle? Seattle. I have no idea. But do you know where the name came from? Maybe somebody's last name is Star. And they got a lot of books. It was. It was the first mate in Harold Mellville's Moby Dick. So the name, his, the first mate was, his name was Starbucks. Gotcha. And he was a Mormon. He was a Quaker. And he didn't drink it. I was a Quaker from Nan Took it. And he was like Captain A Habs, you know, conscious.

And he was all so when they were thinking of coffee and how somebody was sober and all that kind of stuff, they named it after that guy. So it's a reach from a book. Is named after it. And why I know this. You know, why else would you know this? Of all people, why would you know this? Because years ago, my, my teacher, Irma Bailey, she read, we had, she read Captain Moby Dick to us and she read the Iliates. Okay. Can I ask you a question without being disrespectable? Moby Dick is a long book. It is. You stayed for the whole book? Well, she didn't read it at one time. Like whenever I know, whenever I was in the fifth grade in fourth grade. So of course I stayed. What are we going to do? I mean, you ditched the rest. I thought maybe you started early. But I always knew that the first makes name was Starbucks. I just never put two and two together until now. And two, I was like, I was just in the middle of the night. I was like, wait a minute. You woke up in the middle of the night with that phone. I wait a minute. I said, that's what I came from.

But no reason at all. Oh, no. And so I didn't read that well. And Miss Bailey would, I don't know if anybody did. We had to, she read the Elliott, Homer's Elliott, which is the Trojan one, all that kind of stuff. When we just went saw that and she read this, Moby Dick, Captain A. And out of the whole book, you remember. And I remember, no, I remember Homer's Elliott. I remember Odysseus. I remember all those things too. But I remember that it was the character was Starbucks. And I, but I never put together that they, that it was, that's who the coffee company was named. So, if you can't see, don't, don't, don't hold down the job. I'm going to tell you why Jasmine give us five workplace antics. You should never pull by 10 via a perk from Adam and I. Number five, try to make physical advances. So you can get it hit. Get you to get ocean. That's how you got to do it. Wow. Yeah. Here we go with Moby Dick. That's how motion. Number four, this is our five workplace antics.

You should not pull calling for group meeting every time you get in your feelings. Yeah. I don't like that. No kind of way. Yeah. We're going to have all of your answers. Number three of the top five workplace antics you should not pull filing complaints to HR about everything. Yes. He was looking at me. What? Yeah. Well, an advantage suit to work. Yeah. Yeah. Number zero of the top five workplace antics you shouldn't pull selling people out. It was him. It was him. He was him. He wore that suit. He was there. And the number one of the top five workplace antics you should not pull getting caught doing everything except JoJo. That's something. That's what it is. That's how it goes. That's how the immune you work as well. That's how they kiss. That's going to do us a deal. You will show you a 2026 edition. So make sure that, well, first I want to thank you all for tuning in. You're welcome. If you are in Columbus, Ohio, I'll be there Friday at the Merchant Theater along with Don, Lemon, DL and DL. And the following day we're going to be at the tab theater in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Also come check us out and take a notion. Jasmine Sanders, what did you learn today? I saw an interesting something. What's really that I'm going to say? Oh, my God. It's kind of disturbing. She said, well, she ever said anything that wasn't. Well, I don't know if you've ever heard something like this before, but I haven't. She said that when she's on her period, she wears a diaper around the house with the baby t-shirt and a binky. Yeah. Okay. That's what I thought. Carry on. I mean, this just... You don't think that's disturbing? That's disturbing. Yeah, disturbing and weird are the same thing to me. I don't know that I'm a disturbing, but probably. What a girl puts in her mouth is her face. It's a diaper for me, though. I think Ravens' Amal kind of is the first Amanda Seale's race. You kind of like that first job. She was just catching me. It must be Get Amanda Month because when I tell you they are all over her, wow. Right. Yikes. Skip my man's sheet on what you learned today, baby. What on a full say after Raven and the diaper? The diaper. And the onion and the onion, and the onion and the onion, follow. Blood issues. Oh, no.

Follow in that. You know, you go easy. Yeah. Is that it? That's what you got. You have nothing to say. I'm not in China. You don't like it? You don't follow. Yeah. You don't run a red light skip. That's crazy. That's for the next year. Yes. Yeah. For the next year. Yeah. This is a whole different day. Yikes. On the next day, you will show Cobb, you will be AK, especially how K is going to drop another join on short bus records plus the medicine and tomorrow Kingsley returns in close races hitting in our everyday lives it is the DL Ulysses we will definitely see you on the other side Kyle my favorite short bus operator pull that string we got to go.
