About this episode
Bad Wolves guitarist Doc Coyle recently released his first solo single – a cover of Aerosmith’s “Livin’ On The Edge.” Doc talks about his love of Aerosmith, why this song spoke to him, what it was like to step into a lead singer role, and how the Michael Douglas movie Falling Down inspired the music video. He also delves into the origins of Bad Wolves, their connection with Five Finger Death Punch, and how they found singer Daniel “DL” Laskiewicz after original frontman Tommy Vext left the band. He discusses songwriting, creativity, performing live, and internet haters. He also shares stories from his time filling in on guitar in Ice Nine Kills when they toured with Metallica!
