Ladies and gentlemen, the mic is on. I welcome back. Martin Armstrong. Martin, today is October 5th, 2026. And let me, I think the last couple of times I talk to you in the past, I asked, you know, I start off our conversations with a standard question. And I think I got away from it. I'm going to come back to it today. Are we, are we totally fucked as we're coming into the end of the year? Well, hopefully we are not European. I'm doing my best to try and create the great divide. Get us the hell out of NATO and let them, you know, they're just insane over there.

So. So we were talking preview. We were talking right before we started, where before we started this, you know, we were talking about the Middle East. We're talking about Epstein a little bit. We were talking about the 30 year treasury. I'm going to, I'm going to put the ball in your court. Where do you want to start? Which topic you ended? We were talking about Russia. So what's, what's, what's at the top of your mind right now? Well, it is kind of being reflected in the bomb markets. As I've said, I think. Best is, it's a still things he's working for sorrows or something, you know, and. We can go out and I am the house and, and you know, bet against me if you dare, well, everybody dared anymore. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that.

The problem with. Sorrows that like a whole crowd. Okay, it's been. That centuries or market manipulators. They all jump on the same trade. They think that. They always end up blowing up. And. Like he was with sorrows, they lost two billion dollars on the Russia thing. They got that one wrong. I mean, it just goes on and on and on. And. So you can see what he said. I am the house. It's the same thing and trying to intimidate the markets. Now, the problem is. Is that long term interest rates are set by the marketplace, not by central banks. And not by him at the treasury. All right. It's a global situation. So when you have. These politicians beating the war drums.

You got to be out of your mind buying debt. You know, it is, it's going to be an endless. You know, issue, issue, issue. Look, that's what broke. Bretton Woods. It was the Vietnam War. You know, the constant wasting of money, etc. And borrowing, borrowing. And they never pay anything off. So I mean, I had met with the treasury back in 1981 when the rates went like the 14%. I said, guys, the national debt's going to double by the end of them out of the decade. And it was only one trillion that. And I swear to God, I was told, yes, Marty, but we'll be paying back with cheaper dollars. It's like, they don't care. What can I say? But so, best it cannot control the entire world interest rate market.

No matter what he wants to stand up and bullshit about. And. And you know, Brian, I am the house bet against me. And they did. He lost it today. All right. And it's still going. You can't have expect lower interest rates while you're beating the war drums. And that's what's going on. So. When you look around, you've got geopolitical mess. Middle East, Europe. You know, nobody's really. Honestly, they don't give a shit about Trump. He told Zelensky don't attack refineries in Russia. And that's what they do. Next day.

Netanyahu manipulated this whole, you know, Middle Eastern war. Shit. And Trump tries to get a peace deal. Netanyahu starts attacking Lebanon. He's now come out and said, you can't negotiate with savagix. They should. Zelensky and Netanyahu honestly should be just thrown in prison. You know, and. I mean, they are two. People that are really driving the world towards absolute destruction. I mean, it's. They don't care about anybody else but themselves. Zelensky's even come out and said he doesn't care about diesel. You know, my country comes first. Honestly, you know, you want to end. Uh, prevent World War three.

Putin should just, you know, drop the leaflets on the Kiev. And nuke it. I mean, what else is there is no other solution at this point. I was. I did have a second briefing. I was told. That. Trump was going to try and stalk strong warm. Zelensky. Into accepting a peace deal. And I said, good luck. I really wish him the best. But you got Boris Johnson. And then you got K. And the two of them are. Help bent on the destruction of Russia. I mean, Boris Johnson, it's, you know, all the leaks have now come out. He took a million pounds from. Personal donation.

Donation, right? From a UK's, no military establishment. And then he takes the head of the company to Ukraine. And introduces them to. Zelensky. And then suddenly they get what over 80,000 drones from them. Look, the self interest here are off the charts. And. Yeah, I don't know what else to say other than, you know, the. But like how they keep that. People's the hell out of it. Because they are going to absolutely wipe out your. Brussels. Is in serious trouble. I said before, you know, you got a major debt crisis in Europe.

And the problem. When I was called in and they were creating the Euro. I told them if you want to compete with it, I'll, you got to consolidate the debt. And her Nicole said no. But he also knew that the German people would reject joining the Euro. So he took it and just took Germany in without a public vote. And then they were going to be in the EU. And then they were going to be in the EU. Back then we were getting where you can look on our site from. Back then and. The Bundesbank was against them. They were feeding us with all the information, all the minutes, every meeting. We knew what the hell was going on in this thing. And. I was told. Back then. I was told that was going to be a real deal.

And then the Euro. It was a real deal, unless you can solidate the debt. Now, as a trader, it's very simple to understand. I can pick up the phone and say, by me, you know, 20 billion worth of US Treasuries. It's the deepest market in the world. No problem. With Europe, I still going to make the same decision as if the Euro didn't exist. to currency what you call it, that's it. And so the problem, that's why the euro's never been able to compete with a dollar. And to put this in stark, obvious black and white, just look up the capitalization of the New York stock exchange. It's worth more than all the exchanges of Europe combined. I mean, Europe is hopeless at this stage. Now, what's going on with the war drums getting louder, you just had a major victory in Germany with

the A F D. A F D is anti war and they want to get to how out of out of Brussels. You have Meloni in Italy saying they want she wants some of their sovereignty back. They can't be dictated to Spain, starting to flip to the to against Brussels. So the problem that's happening here is that Brussels sees it the handwriting on the wall. And their choice is you either start war with Russia to create unity or they're going to break up. Everybody's got their own tensions going and they have interfered in so many elections, not just Hungary, and Romania. They did the same

saying. Italy, they did the same thing. Scotland, the interfered. That was the first one. They interfered in the referendum where Scotland leave the UK. You know, it's this is they've been interfering and rigging every election possible in Europe to retain power because they never design the Euro system correctly from the beginning. And then you get a bunch of, I don't know what you call woke not jobs. You will accept these migrants, etc. And you have no choice about it. And I warned that this was a political move. You let all these migrants in. They won't vote for the left. And that's how they retain power. And this is not simply my opinion or conspiracy theory. I learned

this tactic head on. I had the the mandate from Hong Kong. They knew I knew the Australian government. So back in 97 when they're, you know, they asked me to negotiate on their behalf with Australia. They wanted to buy an island or come into the upper left hand corner. And so I met with, you know, the former prime minister, you know, Paul Keiti. And everything I suggested, the answer was no. And I was like, this isn't crazy. I said, I have a blind check. I'm authorized to pay off your national debt. No. So I finally said to him, I said, is this racist? You just don't like Chinese is I because I couldn't come up with a rational explanation. And he said to me, no, if he

allowed them into Australia, they would vote conservative because they were fleeing communism. And he was a labor government. So they would change the politics of the country. That's what it was all about. Hey, it's Ryan C. Crest for Albertsons, Vaughn's and Pavilion's. It's time to stock up and save now through October 27th. Planing a Las Vegas trip with a family, here's the one thing everyone will still be talking about on the drive home. Slotzilla. The zip line that sends you 11 stories above Freemont Street. Five blocks through the neon heart of Las Vegas. The kids will lose their minds. So will you. Slotzilla

at Freemont Street experience right now. Fly the zip line for just $39 weekdays noon to five. Search Slotzilla to book your family's flight. So when they open up all these borders, I knew this is again the same, you know, political tactic behind the curtain. It's not conspiracy theory. This is what they really do. And in the U.S. it wasn't as bad because most of the migrants that came in were Christian. Europe is absolute disaster. I mean, they brought in all these people from North Africa. It's just crazy. Let me ask you, I want to go back to Ukraine here in a minute, but as you're talking about, you know, all these illegals that have come into Europe, what do you make of what's happening in France right now with all these riots? You following that at all? Yeah, look, where's that going?

What they're concerned about in Washington is that France can become the first Islamic state with nukes. Look, it's, you have a mass migration from France trying to get into England. Why? Because France cut off their social benefits. All right, so they're running over trying to get into England crossing the channel. Because England is still giving them free money. These aren't people that are interested in a career or assimilating. It's there to get whatever they can. Is there any connection between what's happening in France with all these protests and any in a debt crisis? Are the two events connected or?

Yeah, because what's happening is there are theory we let in these people and they'll vote for us, but they don't produce economic growth. So that means you got to attract the people that do produce it to pay for the people that don't. All right, and so the debt has been increasing. Then you got to beating the war drums. And as the debt goes up, they can't afford to pay these people. That's why I've said, listen, Europe will eventually end up in civil wars. Because you've got these people that can't, they're just there for a free lunch. And does that come down to, if people start missing meals, especially if poor people start missing meals, they're going to get pissed. I'm way over simplifying all this, but

and that's what leads to, starts to lead to these protests and chaos and Yeah, you're cutting off the free lunch to them. All right, and this is this is why they need war with Russia. Just to keep power. All right, I've worn them, I've written a battle you can probably search in on our site. Back in the 360s, there was a Roman emperor valence. And he made the same stupid mistake. Until the Han was coming from Asia over, so he let their arch enemy, the Goths, who were Germanic tribes, to come in, train them, talk them, Roman tactics, etc. Thinking he would be able to increase the military troops to defend against

the till of the Han. Sounded like a logical theory. Once he's taught the Goths, the Goths, what to do. He turned around and said, thank you very much. They waged war on the Romans and they killed the emperor in battle. I mean, you expect these people, here's a gun now go defend our religion, our culture, and they're going to look at them and say, thank you very much for the gun. Give me more. You know, it's, look, it doesn't give me any pleasure to say, but this is the stupidest idea that Europe has ever done. And this is why you have all these tensions, you know, we're being in hungry, and they had to get rid of him. Now, to create, excuse me, to create the euro,

what they did was initially they said no policy could be adopted without unanimous consent. When they got rid of Orban, look at what Ursula stood up and said, no single country should be allowed to stop as ever again. So changing everything we want this, you disagree. So she changes everything into a dictatorship. You know, and this is why you're seeing more and more tensions rising. And look, I have, you know, I was surprised when I got called in last year.

I told me they were giving me a briefing when Russia said, all right, fine, you want a briefing, what you're doing, I'll come. Took my assistant, I get there, then she has to leave. I said, what's going on here? You know, and then I was actually shown at the time, there was about that thick, the KGB, Fletto on the Kennedy assassination, they handed it over. Very interesting. It was the CIA, intimidated his wife to change her story, all kinds of stuff, but anyhow. And that was all because then they asked me to, to, one meter right, the peace plan, and to use my back channels to get it to Putin. And I'm like, what? I mean, this was the State Department should be doing. Why are you asking me? And basically it was that because I got dragged into the second attempt to take over Russia,

and I refused to participate. So I guess they thought I had, they said that, sorry, what happened to me, but it gave me more credibility. I guess we'll Putin, I suppose, that he would accept it more if it came from me or something. I don't really know. But at that meeting, I told him, I said, we got to get to hell out of NATO, and that's why I was surprised for being called in. Because I didn't think that position was something they wanted to hear. But at that meeting, they said, no, we agreed, you're correct. So I think they have begun to wake an up. I, on the Middle East, I've been saying, I ran with never except a peace deal before the elections. I said, they're into a reverse regime change. And honestly, like, I don't know if anybody's in

Washington, maybe I'm just too old. I mean, I remember 1980, I don't know, was everybody else there born 1980 or something? I was born in 1978. But I ran, took the hostages in 79, and kept them for like 400 days. They released them only the very day that Reagan won the election. They wanted to overthrow, you know, Jimmy Carter at the time. I said, they're going to do the same thing. Trump was out there saying, oh, we're going to be winning in a couple of weeks or whatever. He's finally come out and changes view. I've been submitting this to them. I said, all right, look, just they're not going to do this. So now he has come out and said, there won't be anything before

the elections. And I've also warned them. And I think this is important to understand. Because I know a lot of people were bashing Trump. But behind the curtain, I have warned that there is no way they would ever allow Russia to fall. Because China and North Korea would know they were just simply next. And that they were going to come in. And Europe thinks that they can walk in and take Russia. I said, they're dreaming. And so that I believe is why you saw Jean Comptonized states and Trump go to the airport to greet him. That's unprecedented. I'm fighting for and maybe they were starting

to listen to me as seems. But I believe that he is trying to ensure Jean that they will not go to war with NATO against Russia. Because if the US does, then China is coming in against us. So I think by telling him we're out, I'm at least trying to keep US that a hell out of this, this Holdren of World War III. Because Europe is out of its mind. And it's being driven simply by the fact that Europe is economically collapsing. And people are starting to turn against war over there.

I speak to people in Germany. And so many are just leaving. And they tell me you can smell war in here. I mean, you got all, you know, UK, all of them, you know, preparing drafts and things of this nature. And it's all just to keep jobs and Brussels. That's it. I mean, it's not for the benefit of anybody, any people or anything else. So let me make sure I'm understanding what you said in relation to China and cheese visit over here. He came here to meet with Trump and Trump assured him that they would not get involved with NATO versus they would not let Russia fall to NATO. Did I might understand that correctly? I believe that's what was said. I mean, they had other

things in the agenda too. But why would she feel the need to fly all the way over here for that though? No, there was other things on the table as well. But I mean, I just like some of these people, I've been saying for a couple years, I said it was my sources directly in power. They were calling Macron the petite Napoleon. All right, he was the one that one of the cent troops into Ukraine right away. And he's the one who's been pitching that they can take Russia and the blink of an eye. Oh, Russia's too weak. They couldn't take all of Ukraine. So we can take them no problem. And look, these people are beating the war drums. You just had the defense minister Poland come out

or finance minister Poland. And what did he say? He says, we don't give a shit. What Russia does? If they leave Ukraine tomorrow, we're keeping on their assets anyhow. This is, look it up. This is, they don't care. They were broke. And they won't war. It's very dangerous for these people. And look, the head of NATO even came out a couple months ago. He didn't use Macron's name, but he said, if you think you can take Russia without the United States, you are dreaming. But this is what Macron's been selling. He's even offered to put most people don't realize, but France exited NATO under to go back then, to go

was so the nukes that that France has are not part of NATO, they're their own. Okay, so I mean, the joke back then was the call ordered all Americans out of France. And the White House went back and said, is that included dead ones that are buried there too? And, but that's why the NATO headquarters wasn't France, was moved to Brussels. It's always been this problem with France, with the goal wanted to, even the victory parade, Americans, no, he insisted he had to be at the front. All he didn't do anything. But so France, Macron has even stated, you can even Google this up, that Europe no longer needs

the United States. France will provide the nuclear umbrella to protect Europe. He's even offered to put nukes on German planes. I mean, the guy's crazy. Hey, it's Ryan Seacrest for Albertsons, Vaughn's and Pavilion. It's time to stock up and save now through October 27th. Get $10 off when you spend $25 or more on participating items. Just look for participating item tags that are on eligible items from brands like Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Alchijn, Hagen Doss, Swanson, Vitamin Water, Starbucks, Quaker, and Angel Soft. For everyone, no agenda, no dress code. Just show up because you're invited to the greatest party the desert has ever known. Every single night. This is Vegas as it was meant to be. Search Fremont Street experience and come see what you've been missing. So I don't know if somebody would put something in the water. What the hell is going on, but we've got the worst crop of world leaders I've ever seen in my life. Why is it, you know, if Zelensky is getting, you know, he's firing off these drones into Russia. Isn't the United States intelligence providing, you know, the capabilities for these drones to be fired? And if so, why wouldn't this administration just cut it off? That's what I've been trying to argue about. I'm not entirely sure if they're getting everything from the United States. I think a lot of it's now coming from the UK. But I do know that it, Trump told them to not attack any of the

refineries. So I don't think the US provided that intelligence where they are. I think that's coming from the UK. With the refineries that are being taken out though, this is leading towards a crisis like no other in terms of shortages. Look at his forefile and one of our computer models said they're now, I think they rusted a Ukrainian and Germany for blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline. I mean, here you have Zelensky. He doesn't give his shit about anybody, but himself. That's it. He is a threat to humanity. He looked, I was up the Nord Stream pipeline, which destroys the German economy that lost their car industry basically. Volkswagen

thens up being sold to China. All right, then you go have the guts to go to them with your hand down. Say, please now, give me his give his more money. He doesn't care about anything. Anything. And he's even publicly said he does not care what happens to diesel. Well, you're going to see it in the wintertime. Chris diesel is basically, you know, heating oil for homes in the winter. All right, you order something from Amazon. It comes by truck. It's diesel. I can tell you, you know, our staff in Thailand. All right, find the gasoline. They couldn't get gasoline even for a motorbike. However, without the diesel, the ships couldn't go out to fish. So then you're you're messing with their food supply. I mean, and Zelensky doesn't care. He doesn't care any more than Netanyahu does.

To hell with the whole world, I have to win. And that's what it comes down to. Do you see mass starvation from this mass starvation and shortages across the world? In certain places, absolutely, yes. But I wouldn't say massive starvation, but look, this whole thing is is getting to be really a mess. And I wouldn't give Ukraine the time of day no less any money. My concern is you got the Democrats are going to probably at least take the house. And they are very pro or with the rent there with Ukraine. Are they in bed with Netanyahu to Martin in your opinion? Are they in bed with Netanyahu as well? The same. To a lesser degree because oh, Trump did that one. So they got to be on the opposite side. I will say this.

I won't say who, but I was discussing with one member of Congress that Ukraine is doing the very same thing that Israel has been doing. Israel funds the opposition to any election that where the Congress person would be against Israel. They took out massie, for example. Ukraine is now adopted the same thing. They are funding opposition to anybody who's against Ukraine. This is gross major foreign interference in our elections. I mean, the whole Trump nonsense with Italy, I mean, Russia, whatever. And then say, all China interfered. Look, I don't think either one

changed the course of an election, but these people are. And it's more direct. They're targeting people that are against their agenda. This is, to me, that's international war. I mean, we shouldn't be giving anything to anybody that does this. What is your interest? It, you know, the midterms are, I think I saw 29 days away earlier today. What is your level of interest in how it plays out? Well, I think the House will probably, the democrystal take it. There is a risk that they can take the Senate. It's a tighter fit there. But what our computer shows is that we have what

we call a panic cycle next year, 27 politics and showing up in the Senate. So that to me, look, this is a serious event. And so I think largely what you're looking at is the politics has degenerated globally. And to the point, nobody cares about the country anymore. It's like they just have to oppose whatever the opposite side says. I mean, look at NAFTA. Initially, the Democrats were against NAFTA now because Trump wants to get out of it. Now they're for it. But, you know, there's no logical, you know, ethical ideas or what you actually stand for

anymore. And so, unfortunately, this is all going to really get crazy going into 2028. The country is going to get much more polarized. With it, you know, our computer, I stood up two years ago to our conference, and I said the computer's projecting that the Democratic Party would split. Everyone went, what? I said, look, parties do that. All right. And was the Federalist against the Democratic Republican Party of Jefferson? Federalist died. The Democratic Republican Party split over slavery. Democrats became the slave owners versus the North versus the being the Republicans. This is what happens.

Then you had Teddy Roosevelt, who was a Republican split, starts the progressive party for 1912. This is the way it goes. He just had James Carville, the God of Democrats who advised Clinton everything, just came out and said he's no longer a Democrat. Trutterman, same thing. I mean, this is just going on and on and on. The Democratic Party has conservatives, and then you have these lunatic left-wing progressives. And why I say the lunatics is because if they just simply opened a book, they would know this idea has been around for thousands of years, and it does not work. It's even forbidden in the Ten Commandments. That'll shut my cup of tea neighbors goods. All right. Well, he's got more than me. That's not fair. I mean, this is, this is the dark side of humanity.

What man, Damien's doing is he's destroying New York. And Texas just opened up their stock exchange in July. JP Morgan now has more people outside of New York working than inside. I had one of the senior guys from one of the banks in New York called me and says, hey, you want to go to dinner? I thought he was just down here on vacation. I said, yeah, okay, fine. I went to dinner. I said, so how long do you hear for? He just moved here. I said, really? Yep. Of Goldman Sachs told it's top people that if you want to keep your job, you got to leave. Go to another state.

I mean, I mean, Boca Ratan is like Wall Street. Texas, same thing. I mean, most of the the fall on corpse, I mean, the corpse from New York and moving to Texas. Why? Because there's no corporate income tax. And this is what Trump does not get with his tariffs and all this stuff. All right. The city of Detroit is the best example. All right. They, as for all the auto industry began, they taxed that hell out of those people. They left. They were all gone by 1937. All right. The city of Detroit was broke. They filed for bankruptcy suspended all interest payments. They didn't make good on debts until 1963. All right. This is what man, Tammy's going to New York.

I mean, you know, New York is just, it's going to be a wasteland. It's not a place to invest. You got to get the hell out of there. It's, it's this, I look, they, during COVID, when he had one large farmer, he said he had to kill 30,000 chickens. Why? He, nobody, he couldn't buy food. No truck could deliver it. He couldn't get chickens to the market. All right. Because of COVID. Then these people have the audacity to blame farmers because the price of eggs went up. You know, oh, they're greedy. No, it's your damn loss. You know, it, it's just crazy. I mean, I used to go to plays in New York all the time. You went to

the Italian restaurant closed. All right. They couldn't have anybody in. But the idiots didn't suspend their expenses. So you're paying out expenses rent everything else but you're not allowed to take an income. How long is that model going to work? I mean, you can't, I don't know. I mean, the people that make these decisions are just so incompetent. You know, I don't, I don't know what to, where you're even begin. Do you, do you wonder if it's not as much incompetence as if it's just pure evil? Because that's what I want more. I, I, I feel like it's pure evil. And the O'Connor's absolutely. Um, they don't care about, um, they don't care about the country. They don't care about the people. They are pure evil. They really are. Um, and they're consumed by hatred and look, I,

I was called in by Reagan back in 85. And I think they just made a movie. Um, when Reagan went to, to go meet with Guilbert trough. There's a Las Vegas most people know. I can tell you because I was down there at the time and they couldn't say the Gorbachev was a communist. So what they said was you can never trust a Russian and they did everything they could to prevent that meeting from happening. Look, in the 80s, I was told that they were going to go into seven countries in the Middle East. And General Wesley Clark

did a video. That's what he was told about 10 years later after 9-11. I was told that about 10 years before. And it was all about, well, these used to be Russian satellite states. So it's always Russia, Russia, Russia. And you got Robert Macdon, Marys Apology also on YouTube. For the Vietnam War. He's the one that took us in. He also did a book. And he admits we went into Vietnam. We thought Russia was behind it. And he said, so sorry, I know 58,000 Americans died. We were wrong. It was just a civil war. I mean, this is, I don't know what it is. All I could say is that they spent their whole life hiding under desks and grade school. And they just hated, you know,

communists. And so all those communism collapsed. They just, it turned into ethnic hatred of Russians. As we talked earlier about the short potential, the diesel and fuel shortages and food supply being interrupted, how is that going to impact the United States? Regular people, Martin, people like you and I. Well, I would definitely keep, you know, a couple of years supply of food. Couple of years. Yeah. Mainly because you're looking at shortages. You go into war. Even World War II, you know, people are growing their own victory gardens. Because there's shortages in food at that time. Supply chains are disrupted. You can't, you know, try, you know, if there's shortages in diesel trucks aren't going to, you know, function,

everything will be, you know, curtailed. That is just the way it is. So I would, you know, I keep about a couple of years with a supply just in case, you know, it's not that I think prices are going to go up or something like that. I'm going to try to save money. It's just that I'm just looking at it from a strategic standpoint that we got the worst possible crop of politicians globally that I've ever seen in my career. And, well, I've been doing this for about 50 years. And I've just, it's the worst I've ever seen. Do you see this, these, because I, and I've said this other people, you know, I live in Arizona. I think I told you that before. And my plan is to move back to Ohio where I'm from after the first of the year. And my concern in relation to all this, we, you and I've been discussing, well, I have enough gas.

We'll gas be available that I can drive across country in four or five months. Probably I don't see. Look, the US is virtually self-sufficient. Trump did a good job in the first term with that. So it's not likely that we will see, you know, gas lines and shortages like it was in the 70s. However, prices will go up. They're shortages elsewhere. And that sends prices up globally. And our domestic prices will have their eyes. You can't have gasoline at $10 a gallon in one place. And, but oh, but it's two dollars over here. I mean, they're going to sell it over there for the 10, not just simply human nature. So, you know, I would, you know, keep that in mind, even,

I mean, everything I put in a gas generator, just in case the power goes out. I mean, and it's kicked on at least a couple of times. But, you know, even you look at CBDCs and credit cards and can't, look, I live in Florida. And when there have been a serious hurricane where the power goes down, the banks are down. If you don't have cash in a hurricane, you're not getting anything. They can't even take a credit card. No less CBDC. Yeah, good luck. I mean, all that is dependent upon the power grid. It's got to survive. You know, all these wonderful ideas, all CBDCs will code with the hour. We don't need physical cash anymore.

Yeah, until the power goes out. Come to Florida. Then you'll see the difference. So, I, that's what I would definitely, you know, I try to keep a couple years with a of food. I mean, get pasta, some rice, some things that will last for a while. Just in case. But you think, you don't think, at least in the short, short term, you won't be able to get gas. Or I mean, I often wonder if, you know, there already, see, appeared, the airlines are already cutting certain flights, certain routes. But will they cut more? And will they raise the price of jet fuel so much that it's going to eliminate a percentage of people that just won't be able to afford to go anywhere? Well, you have to also understand about energy. All right, these refineries, it can be set up for gasoline, but it can't do diesel and jet fuel. If you then switch to jet fuel,

it can't do the other two. So, I mean, that's the problem. So, when you're taking out these refineries and you're reducing the overall supply, and that is what pushes the prices up. All right. And like I said, Zelensky is simply a, it's ethnic hatred. Ukraine is the motherland of ethnic cleansing. That's why they were neo-Nazis, the joint Hitler. And you can look it up. I mean, they slaughter Jews, Polish, nailing them to crosses and everything else. And Russians. And that's why the CIA protected Ukrainians. No major Ukrainian was put on trial like

the Germans. And there's documented evidence of what these people were doing. A woman was pregnant, they cut the baby out and sew in a live cat. This is all documented. I mean, they were to the point that even reports from the Nazis were horrified at what the Ukrainians did. New York Times had a picture that they, of a Jewish woman holding her child, like a four-year-old child, they're shooting and killing her in the head because she's Jewish. Through her and a pit, they didn't want to waste bullets on children so they buried them alive with their dead parent. This is Ukraine. How did this Civil War start? The truth, look it up. In 2014, right after the revolution, the city of Odessa, they were riding down there. If you were rushing,

they were killing you on the streets. They fled into the trade union building. And what did they do? They set it on fire and burned them alive. That's what started this whole Civil War. It wasn't the Russians, it was the Ukrainians. And then, the military in Newland, and I put, you can pull down the peace plan that I wrote for. It's free. You can pull it off of our site as the real chronology of everything. Victoria Newland and all the Newcons over there orchestrated this to get Russia. They installed an interim government. Unelected. It was that unelected government that followed the directions of the Newcons and started to attack the Donbass. They began this Civil War. Not Putin. Putin came into the defendant.

And they were calling them terrorists because they wanted to separate. Separation was the only way to peace. And that was the Minsangriment. And you can look this one up. They all agreed to it. Minsangriment was to allow the Donbass to vote to separate. Merkel. Absolutely horrible person. All right. As I don't know, she finally told the truth. I think it was to dare speak. You can look this up too. They asked her why didn't she enforce the Minsangriment? She actually told the press we never intended to honor that peace agreement. We were only buying time for Ukraine to build an army to start World War III. Now, why the hell would anybody ever negotiate

with Europe again? You signed an agreement and you don't intend to even honor it. And they want to say, Oh, Putin, Putin, Putin. Oh, Putin's dictator. Excuse me. So, she doesn't stand for election. Neither does Ursula. She's appointed. She's never stood for an election as a dog catcher. I mean, the bullshit and propaganda that is being spewed out and the press, they just get the talking points from the Neurokhan. Oh, yes. Show up. You know, throw your life away to defend Brussels. What? What do you think? Well, two things coming back to diesel. Do you see a ban or an executive order

on banning of export of diesel in the United States? I think once though the war starts, it may increase to that effect. My concern is that we could end up with some shortages if you're looking at a Trump agreeing to provide energy to Europe once this war starts. You don't think it started yet, Martin, in your view? It hasn't started. Oh, well, no, look, it's definitely on the hybrid side of this stage in the game. I mean, they're doing everything in their power to try and get Putin to do something so they claim

he started the war, not us, which is total BS. I think just like I said, you have the poem just came out and said, we don't care what you do. We're keeping all your money anyhow. They're just stealing it. It's, you know, these are, I don't know what you do. I mean, look, I've spoken to the Solomon. I said, you do realize that World War II is completely different than what you're going into. Hitler wasn't interested in destroying Europe. He stole all the art, didn't bomb powers because he sort of was pretty. He was trying, maybe, I mean, the people fine, but it was not trying to destroy history and culture, per se. This time, they love one end to get you your

ass there in Rome and there goes the Colosseum. So it's a different ball game at this stage. And they look what I have heard and, oh, that Putin would never push the button because he knows it will blow back on them. So you really think that you can just walk in. Putin will fall to his knees. Oh, so sorry, you own Russia. I've spoken to the military in the United States. If that was the situation taking down Washington by Russia or China, they're pushing the button. I hate to tell you every one of them said the same thing. Where the hell do you think you can do this? But they're desperate. Without a war, Europe is going to split. And as you know, I also, let me look, I, we were the first to forecast currency.

And that is what dragged me into all of these governments because governments are interested in currencies. I don't care about the stock market or where's gold is going to go, et cetera. It was currency. And so I met Maggie Satcher and so on. So anytime it's been a currency crisis, I get called in, I get called into create currencies. I went up to out, you know, Calgary and and then cool. I can tell you that there is a strong movement. It's on the ballot in Calgary in October 19th to separate from Canada. You know, Canada is so screwed up. Alberta, you mean or Calgary? No, Alberta. The province Alberta. Calgary is the capital there, but

you know, it's Canada, you know, the problem here, we've heard about towers and so every province acts as if it's own country. They have tariffs and protected protectionists against each other. Inside, you know, we can't even have that in the United States. And according to the Constitution, the Commerce Clause, California Camp Lock goods from New York, but they do in Canada. All right. And on top of all that, then you had the real woke agenda. They, you know, they shut down the truckers door in COVID. Then they froze people's accounts who even donated to the truckers. I mean, forget any pretence of a democracy, more of authoritarianism. All right.

There is no pipeline from Alberta to the east. Why all climate change? So they have to buy their oil from the Middle East. It's just fun to keep the lights on in the east. It's a different grade of oil. You'd have to change to refineries anyhow, but there isn't a pipeline. So we end up with most of the oil from Alberta. I mean, it's, you can't come up with these. I don't know if it's the dumbest people in the world. They can't get a real job so they go to government. It's hard to explain. I mean, I just, I sit there and like, do you understand, you know, with one in one equals, you know, I, it's beyond me. I've never encountered such ignorance other than in government.

I mean, I don't know Canadian politics, but I can't imagine they would ever allow vote or not the Alberta Alberta to break away from the country. That's going to be a very interesting dilemma. I can't imagine they would ever let that happen Martin because the people, the regular I say regular people, meaning myself, you, they never win when it comes to this kind of stuff. And this is what the people truly desire. And I've spoken to people living Alberta and they want this. The government will never allow that to happen. That's what I see. That's when you end up with civil unrest. You can't ignore the people forever. Which is what are computers showing going into 2032? Yes, it gets worse, but there is a light at the end of the tongue. All right. That tunnel is that it takes things of this nature to get people

off their ass, stop watching the latest, you know, TV game or whatever. And demand they want to change. I've spoken to Alberta, I read out how you do it. First, there were some people when they say, okay, we'll, we'll be separate like we're back, but still in Canada, is that's not going to work? Then others said, well, we'll just adopt the dollar. I said, you don't want to do that because of the fed raises interest rates going to affect you. And that's going to be no different than a bank of income or bank of Canada. So it, I've advised them that look, you got to set up your own central bank and create your own currency. I laid it out how to do it. You do that. Then what you do is you put in a maximum taxation

constitutionally on business, no more than 10%. You eliminate personal income taxes, not necessary. I live on Florida, we have no, no income tax. All right, you have a sales tax. All right, if the government cannot live on that, it doesn't deserve to exist. And you do that. And you're going to see how many companies are going to move, want to move to Alberta. The Naysayers, Alberta will, you know, real estate prices will collapse because we leave Canada. Really? What plan do you want? It'll be the exact opposite. But, you know, separating is not easy. We saw that in the United States, but the South trying to separate. So it all depends. It's not necessary that we end up in revolution.

All right, there is, there are times when the economy is just so screwed up that the system simply collapses. All right, that's what happened to Russia. It was just unsustainable. Okay, so there was the coup. The economy is trying to take it back. The Altson stands on the tank. Do not fire on your own people. They didn't. The students, they didn't. The coup fails. It's six guys in a room. That's it. All right, it depends upon the military and the police. If they support the people, the government cannot suppress it. All right, if they continue to support the government, then they find that is more blood

in the streets and they kill citizens. So it depends on which, usually what it is, is that why I say like Russia collapsed because they could no longer pay the troops. When you're in that kind of situation, what happens is now the troops are on the side of the people and the government's votes. So it's not always a rep, you know, blood in the streets type saying. The, it wasn't a economic collapse that was behind the American Civil War. Okay, so you didn't have that inability to, to muster troops and pay them, etc. Whereas today we're in the sovereign debt crisis. You've got, you know, governments that

are unsustainable. And I mean, I know everybody talks about all the U.S. 40-toy, worldwide, debt is about 400 trillion. I mean, you know, one of these people that all the dollars going to crash this is worse than 150 years. They don't know, honestly, the rest of the whole ground. In 1929, U.S. had a balanced budget. All right, it was Andrew Mellon. You can look it up. And they asked them, when is the market going to crash? His response was to flee to quality, when gentlemen prefer bonds. They turned it into a movie and changed it to the law and it's from Melon Monroe. But it was, it was actually Andrew Mellon, secretary of the Treasury who said that.

All right. Ask yourself this. All the greatest stock market crash in 150 years. Will you put your money? Okay. You basically, you know, the flight to quality is usually yourself, the stocks, and you buy the government debt. You really want to do that today with war drums beating sovereign debts, going, this time it's the government that's in trouble, not the private sector. It switches back and forth. It's not always the same thing. All right. So if you look at how it collapsed, how does it end up for you as an individual? All right. Maybe your house is worth 100,000 today. It collapses. The government

funds, we got to create a new currency, we did not. And then the new one is Eagles. Okay. Your house is just re-denominated in Eagles. That's it. You look at the hyperinflation of Germany. They came out with a new currency in 1925, the right smart. You can look it up. It was back by real estate. Tangible assets retain their value. Okay. The currency is just an expression. Okay. It's a measurement that we have in our head. I say, million dollars. You visualize what that would buy. Okay. You know, oh, I could get X amount with that. So it's a mental scratch pad. That's what it really is. That's why it being international hedge fund manager.

They say we're dealing in billions all the time. Then you got to dinner in 600 bucks. Okay. We just call it flow numbers. It's not something you can actually visualize. You could never spend a billion dollars. Okay. It's just, um, some of these doing a book on this, they asked me, how can you were never interested in all that money. I said, because it doesn't change your lifestyle. Okay. You get into that category. Oh, it's good for it. Bribing other people to do stuff you want. That's it. You know, you can't go buy another TV because you got a billion dollars. I mean, it wouldn't even do with it. And most expensive house, I think, was Bill Gates a hundred million or something. It's not, a billion is not something that's, uh, defyable. And that's what the problem is

with the, um, all the socialists, the California, oh, the billionaire attacks. Well, 5%, but only one time. They don't even understand how the economy works. All right. Fine, be so, whatever. The worth that kind of money and value of stock. It's not cash in the bank. So you want a 5% tax. He's, he kept 51% to keep control of the company. He's now has to sell some stock to pay the 5%. Guess what? Happens. He loses control of the company. The stock prices go down. Who wants most of the stock pension funds? They don't understand that he has that stuff. They really, you know, oh, he's a billionaire. So he's got, it's not cash in the bank. Um, it's simply just not. Um, so what are you going to do? But, you know, we got a bunch of

idiots that have no idea about the economy, even how it functions, no less, what is money? What will the federal be in all this? Yes. In all honesty, your central banks have no control anymore. Um, the whole series that, um, um, define their role, um, was essentially keens in economics. After Roosevelt, you know, seized all the Fed in 1935. It sounded nice. But as I said, the government had a balanced budget. Okay. So you raise interest rates to affect demand. It's more expensive so we borrow less.

Sounded logical. However, as the national debts have increased, they raised interest rates to stop us from buying. It causes government to spend more. All right. They've been neutered. They're, you know, they can't do anything. You know, okay, fine. We're going to raise interest rates to fight inflation because energy prices are going up. Is that going to make oil prices go down? Then it makes it go higher. You know, if, you know, the Fed raised raised a quarter percent, not because it's going to do anything. It was the minimal he could do. Because everybody expects them to do something. Because they're all following this stupid idea of kings, which died a long time ago. You know, I, I, I, I, Paul Volker, he did a book. You can probably

get it's a, a rare book. Not from 79, uh, rediscovery of the business cycle. And he admits right in there that the 1975 crash, who the Keynesian economics failed back then. He puts it in there. Is, you know, the fallacy of, of the old economic series. But that's all they have. So the, in the marketplace, the press, all inflation's up. They're going to have to raise interest rates to fight inflation. Really? How is that going to solve the problem in the Middle East and Zalinski in Russia? It's not. So to me, I'm sorry, but they don't have control over the fiscal side of the budget. That's Congress. And Congress wants to do whatever they can. And they tell the Fed,

is your job to, to sterilize it. Try to can't do that. I mean, it's, we live in a fantasy world. And, um, look, I was a currency trader. That was it. Okay. I'm getting dragged in all over the, the world because countries want to know about the currency. And I was giving a speech. I think it was at the market technicians or CompitTrack. I don't remember which one it was. But conference, traders conference in Chicago and the early eights. In Milton Friedman came to see me. I'm done. It comes up. He said, that's the best speech I ever heard. And I'm like, it says, I'm not in Friedman. I said, yeah, I know who you are. And then he says to me, he says,

you're doing what I just dreamed about. And I was like, huh? I'm just a trader. I came here. Came friends here. Milton had written, um, what he meant that I was doing what he just dreamed about was in 1953. He wrote in theory what would happen in a floating exchange rate system. That it would protect the balances against governments. They would have to respond because of the currency. That's what I'm talking about. I'm getting called in from Margaret Thatcher to Lebanon to old because the currency, that's stock markets are gold. Um, and so as with Milton, Milton basically made me see that this was important economically. Um, and look, we all end up in positions that we never intended. That's just simply the way it is.

And most of the CFOs that I meet in major companies, they don't have degrees in economics. Usually engineers, um, had a brother in law who went to the school to become a journalist, ends up becoming a marketing head for a major company instead. I mean, it's, I don't, I guess the only people that end up doing something that they actually had a degree in or maybe doctors or lawyers. That's about it. My last question for you. You had time for one more question, Martin? Yeah, I had. Well, Saudi Arabia. Will the kingdom survive this? I haven't looked at them long term yet. I'm going to do that for our upcoming conference. Um, but I'm going to talk about. Behind the curtain. Why I ran has always been, um,

against Saudi. It's basically, um, goes back to the religion. She versus, you know, Suvi. Um, did she believe that, expectably, the church should run the state to the I had told, as I had the religion and the head of the government. All right. Um, suiting the separation of churches and state. So the hoodies who are, um, proxies for Iran, um, they're deliberately trying to take down Saudi Arabia. Uh, and. Look, there is a serious risk here that oil prices can go up to even 200 bucks. Um,

and I don't think people are appreciating the full ramifications you got the hoodies shutting down the red sea. Um, you've got, um, during COVID, oil prices went down to $6.50. So the Gulf states all borrowed extensively. All right. You can look them up. They're all now on national debts. So they're not swashing cash. So I've warned the outset of this. I said, Iran is playing 3D chess here. Besides trying to, to a reverse regime change as they did before. Um, shutting down the straight, they know was not going to create shortages in the United States and in the Great St.

and all right. That's not what this is about. What they're doing. Um, if the Gulf states can't sell the oil, they can't pay their debt. If they can't pay their debt, you get a banking crisis. And I believe he's right back to London. So this is far more complex than people with the press even contemplate. All right. Um, then you have the hoodies coming in from the red sea side. All right. And, um, Trump was not interested in coming to Saudi's age. Mainly because he's afraid that the Middle East war is going to get worse. And then, look, if you, if you look at the midterm during Bush, juniors, he was at an approval rating going about 38% because of the Iraq war.

Trump said about 34 because of the Iran war. And I have won these people have screamed at them from the top of my lungs. All right. Americans do not want endless wars. We've had enough. Okay. And Trump won't simply throw Netanyahu onto the bus. And unless he does that, he's putting his legacy at risk. Where could people find your Martin? Uh, Armstrong economics.com. Um, it's free.
