A poche production. After a busy day lets reflect on today's mantra, I let people help me. He's into a comfortable position and take a deep breath. Slowly stretch your neck moving your head from one side to the other, releasing the tension and let your shoulders drop. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it go reflecting on the day and allowing it to soften. Today you have done enough.
Reflect on whether someone offered you help today, how did you respond? Reflect on why receiving support may sometimes feel harder than giving it. Reflect on one thing you don't need to carry alone tomorrow and who you could allow to help you with it. As the day comes to a close let yourself rest. You are safe in this moment. Breathe deeply and settle into stillness. I'll see you tomorrow.
