We talked about how the opportunities for bands as I said, Trudeau values, Trudeau morals, and the fans are responding to that. It says something about the hierarchy that the music model has set up. I mean, there is a real hierarchy. We're not getting booked for festivals. It took ages to try and get distribution because everyone's like, well, where's your steps? What, what, you got on how, you know? And I don't know, I don't think that has any relationship with the value of music. So we've definitely made life harder for ourselves and, you know, is it a hill we're willing to die on? Is it, what was that guy who said it's Evans isn't convinced by it at all? We think we're making the dumbest mistake. Which perhaps we are, but I'd rather make mistakes

30:52and be free than that. At the same time, we're here, like we're on tour in America. We're playing to like great rooms with really passionate people. It's going pretty good, I think, you know? Well, in such a loss for those festivals, very short-sighted, look at Evans. I just need one microphone. Is it like, don't carry it. You got a word when I don't carry it. You do have a mic there, Evans. Yeah. Like, speak. Well, it does seem like the fans are responding positively. The members have access to past material as well as demos and exclusive tracks and there's even a forum where they can talk amongst themselves and you're fostering genuine conversation and human relationships. I feel like there's a story there. I mean, they have direct contact with you. I always loved the dead heads, great foot-deads community. The way that they kind of just like, it existed beyond the band. It was almost like a culture that the band was just like facilitating.

31:53And, you know, the Temple of Psychic Youth, I like people to be empowered to take things in their own hands. I like the LF members are kind of self-organizing things around the shows that we do. And, you know, like real friendships and connections have been formed. So I think that is the sort of highest purpose of music in a way is bringing people together the visceral feeling of like being together with a shared feeling in a room or in this world of like this despair of people that are just kind of connecting through some sort of energetics online. So... Yeah, I think like fans can meet each other on a forum or whatever, like if they organize a meet-up and that first show that we come to like, I don't know, Portland or Seattle or whatever, it's like this little group. Hopefully just get bigger every time. And then what it would be nice is that the community just sort of build themselves around like actual relationships rather than like, otherwise you just don't really talk

32:54to anyone when you go to a gig. Well, and you've talked about the value in teaching the younger generation about the value of art and music and how important that is and that really resonates with me. I mean, that's important. I think like everything, you know, it's all circular. I think that the kids today, I have one. I think they're gonna get, they're already issuing technology, they already think that it's kind of socks. And they're already doing that thing is to... Maybe it's on us to follow them rather. Yeah, the younger generation is definitely smarter than the generations that have got us into this mess. Like, my little girl is really good at walking barefoot on gravel. I can't do that. She's way tougher and more outdoorsy than me already. And she's like four. So. I love that. Well, it is so wonderful to see you, the new album, A Wave that will never break. So magnificent.
